Service was terrific (transferring data from my dead computer to this laptop)!! I am very happy with this purchase and Best Buy in general.

Dell support tell me it is physical damage, no warranty. lol. Don't ever buy this , very bad quality.

Nice Dell Laptop

I am however slightly disappointed with how long it takes to wake up when the lid is closed. That is my only complaint! The screen is great-looking, nice, and crisp. The battery holds a charge for hours, and the keyboard is nice to type on as well. Highly recommend!

She was all the time calling me to fix it for her, I got tired of looking at it for her, so I went and purchased her this Dell laptop. She is so happy, and she hardly ever ask me to fix it for her. It saved me a lot of headacks and now we are both happy. Thank you Dell.
