This is a great laptop for a middle school student, it should last through high school. I bought it for my daughter and it worked through most of the last semester of middle school. She's also been playing on it and streaming video over the summer.

Good, strong laptop. Keyboard and touchpad are easy and it tackles all the basic jobs needed for daily use. No gaming or video production being done with this. At times the touch screen aspect is a bit unresponsive and settings aren't clear on how to improve or turn that feature on and off. Overall, satisfied.

I gave it a 4 because I honestly don’t use the lap top like many would. So, I can’t say for sure how great it is. I strictly use it for my quilting embroidery designs. I put the designs onto the desk top then when I am ready to stitch them out I move them to a USB stick. That is really all I use it for.

Good laptop for basic business. Geat screen, speakers are good and it's fast for the price. The touchscreen is great too zooming in and out on chrome is a breeze now, the only thing is the battery is just average if your only using this at home it's fine though.

Very fast and smooth run all my programs no problem

I'm a Mac girl but I needed a PC to run software for my business and this an affordable option. I'm still learning my way around the options but it logs in fast and does what I need daily. Overall I am pleased and will look to replace my back station with a similar model soon. I certainly recommend for business needs.

THIS IS MY FIRST LAB TOP. AN MY FIRST DELL I EVER PURCHASED. I STILL TRYING TO LEARN THE KEYBOARD ALSO. I HAD TO UPGRADE TO KEEP UP THE 21 CENTURA. SO FAR EVERYTHING IS WORKING OUT GOOD. MY GREATGRAND DAUGHTER IS HELPING ME OUT WITH MY LABTOP. WHICH IS A GREAT WAY TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE LABTOP. MY

We purchased new computers recently. The Geek squad set up was great. We had one problem and it was resolved by a visit by the Geek squad. We also had another minor problem with the set-up. Brought the computer in to the store and the issue was resolved within minutes.

I am still getting used to how to do things on my new laptop. My first one was a Toshiba and I felt very comfortable using it for several years. When it stopped working and couldn't be fixed, I had no choice but to buy another. Hopefully, as time goes by, I will feel more confident using it.

i5 - 10th Gen 8gb RAM (Upgradable) 256gb SSD I bought this for my wife to use as a streaming PC for her channel. It has all the checkmarks that I would need to set this up. The only con would be the memory, it could be 16gb but for the price 8gb is fine and installing more is easy enough.

Got this to replace my wife’s old laptop. It’s crazy fast to start. Was able to transfer our old MS office license for the old laptop so remember to deinstall your old office before you load it to your new machine. It was a little pricey but given current situation not surprising.

This product is defective brand new out of the box The screen is gray and white . I spoke to a Best Buy representative that these things happen . No apologies I received by mail yesterday returning it today . Would not recommend this laptop to anyone

Sister was being a good girlfriend for her man and bought this for him cause his current laptop was trash. She was looking at a lower priced one but decided on this model after talking with the salesman. Haven’t heard any complaints from either of them yet so I’ll take that as a good sign

The package came as expected, it's compact to what it looks like the features it has are top to bottom for what you pay for, the only complaint I have is the display not being as bright but since this model is probably two years out it still holds up for simplistic office work or audio and browsing

This is a good mid-range computer. It should work well for most users. Might be too slow for Gamers, Programmers, and other power users but a great computer for people wanting a computer to keep up with social media, email, viewing pictures, and using Microsoft Office programs.
