Bought this for my computer class, it wasn’t mandatory to get a new computer but it’s better to work with a PC rather than a Mac if you’re gonna be doing projects for word, access, excel etc. very helpful & useful & way easier than my MacBook

This computer checked all my boxes. I have always worked with Dell computers at work but I had a Chromebook at home and never really cared for it. The only downside is that I had to try to remember all my passwords!

I was initially looking at another computer with a bigger screen, but the salesman pointed out that this computer is faster than the one I initially looked at. I had Geek Squad come out and set it up for me. It has been working great, and the screen size is decent.

This laptop is ideal for my situation. It has enough memory for my purposes; is fast enough for what I do; and contains all the functions that I would need. Dell products are reliable and that's why I replaced my older Dell laptop with this one. So far, so good!!!!

I'm pleased with my purchase of this windows 10 laptop. It allows me to do all that's necessary for me. I have made an appointment with the Geek Squad to upgrade to windows 11 next week. Thanks to the Best Buy employee who recommended this laptop!

Awsome, so far everything i expected. With everything I anticipated it to have it as there's been a lot of speculations that the item wasn't worth back in the day but they proved it wrong they upgrade and the looks good feels good works good.

It's a really nice laptop for non-gaming tasks. I suppose the battery life is actually good considering how thin the electronic guts are. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it will dual head when connected to an external HDMI display.

I have been using an iPad for six to seven years and was quite amazed by the changes in the laptop; i.e. navigation, apps, screen size and so much more. Windows 10 is very easy to learn and I am a fan.

Overall seems like a durable laptop. I got it for school to build virtual machines on and it’s been doing ok there purpose of the purchase. I do like the physical feel of the laptop. It doesn’t always turn on when I press the power button which is annoying and concerning

It’s a really nice computer, hand picked by a relative with a basic knowledge on how computers operates. Very satisfying product!

I was completely satisfied with my old Dell computer until I got this new one. I did not realize how slow that computer had got. Using this new Dell is definitely a breath of fresh air. I have to join the bandwagon for changing computers. Love it.

Purchased a new Dell Inspiron 15-3000. First new purchase in many years as my prior Dell Inspiron was running slow with only 4GB. Now have 8 GB and works super fast. Downloaded windows 11 and very happy with product and features

I'm just having to get used to the smaller keys on this laptop than I was used to on my desktop. It's working just fine because I'm using an external mouse and had the one on the laptop disabled.

We are fans of Dell laptops. We needed another laptop for our family. This is a more basic model that absolutely exceeded our needs while being below our budget. Great job Best Buy ( and Dell ).

If you are a school/college student , you need it. It has been a month since i bought it and it worked EXCELLENT, it didn’t freeze or crash at all. Battery lasts up to 5 hours and the volume is high enough . Overall , the price is reasonable !

As with every electronic purchase I am still getting used to rhe differences made in the last few years. I do not like that the CD reader is a sepatate purchase and takes up space on my desk. Previously this was on the computer which was much more convenient

Great utility laptop, super quick start-up, slightly smaller size a big plus for field work. Smooth matte finish gives it a professional look for programming remote devices in the field.

This is a new pc for a high school student and seems to be working well for it's purpose. This is a nice size computer for school work and transporting when necessary. It has great memory space and speed for everything needed.

I purchased this laptop for my husband who was using a very old Gateway computer. Agent Justin transferred the data from the Gateway computer to the new Dell laptop. It is working well and my husband is comfortable using it.
