I'm loving it! It is "up-to-date" with all of the pins and whistles, but similar enough to older models that the learning curve isn't that high! For someone who seems to be "technologically challenged" this was easy to get used to.

A really good simple laptop with fair price You get windows 11 S with option to go back to simple 11 or 10 Not the faster out there but for small works in the office or casual work at home its more than enough

Because of my work schedule I never had the opportunity to take advantage of the class to learn to use my computer efficiently. There are many differences between 10 and 11 and I feel like I could use some one on one instruction.

I had several questions about my cell & Tyler was able to help. I also had to get a new tempered glass screen for my cell. Sadly the first screen only lasted 2 weeks & i had NOT dropped my phone. Hoping this one ladt a lot longer!!

I never used a laptop prior to this purchase. The employees were a great help to me. Set up was done by the next day and everything was explained to me. Love this laptop!

Great laptop for my business. I give this laptop to my clients to complete various tasks, and there have not been any issues so far!

Works very well for my 14 year old daughter. Lightweight and easily carried in her backpack. Does all the necessary things for a high school student. Battery life also seems to be good so far, which is important.

This is a fantastic laptop. I am training to become an insurance adjuster and it is working brilliantly. Plenty of space to upload all of my estimating programs and files needed. Very easy to use and it’s light as well!

So far I'm pleased with the purchase of my Dell Inspiron. Not really easy to setup and the Edge program started going in and out so that maybe a problem that I did not expect. Overall, I am satisfied at least for now.

My old laptop died and this was recommended by the Best Buy consultant. I don't need a lot of fancy features, just a solid computer for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations. This is a good fit for my needs.

Wife went back to school, struggled the first week or so. I picked her up this new Dell Laptop and she has just excelled ever since. She loves it, so I guess she just might allow me to be happy for the both of us...

Great machine! Purchased for the use with a CCNA and network programming course. Able to sync my Samsung Galaxy Note smartphone which compliments it's 8GB Ram processor in handling my workload. More than satisfied!!

I love the laptop, but unfortunately, when selecting options, the backlit keyboard was not one of them, and I really wish it were. But the other options out-weighed the back-lit key option. Not anything Best Buy can do.

Pretty good laptop! I am able to play a FPS game called valorant at about 40 FPS not the best but decent for a starter. Still up and working for me after having it for a year.

So far so good. I needed a laptop for my mom in a pinch, hers was dying. This one has proven to pay for itself over and over again already. We also had a really helpful salesperson, so I am thankful for that!

Great computer- my former Inspiron was 10 years old and way too much garbage had infested it, although it was still working properly. I am satisfied with my update.
