It took me hours to get the right driver. But overall it's a good machine I will recommend it!!!

I am a health student, and I use it for school and personal use. It runs great! The battery life is okay, but I'm usually always in a place where I am able to charge it.

Only issue noted thus far is that the cooling fan is noisy. I had a text chat with geek squad regarding the fan, and they advised me to take it to the store to have the machine looked at. I got back the machine less than 24 hours later and was advised that the machine is fine...but the fan is not as quiet as other machines I have used.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We apologize for the issues you have with fan noise. Below are steps to run a pre-boot diagnostic test that can help.
1. Restart your Dell PC.
2. When the Dell logo appears, press F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
3. Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.
5. If the test fails, ensure to write down the error code and validation code.

Does not display the logical file and folder structure I am familiar with. It continuously tries to force acceptance of Microsoft products I do not intend to use.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the laptop is fast and nimble but its downfall is its design for the price you pay you would expect a decent looking computer. this computer is all plastic which isn't an issue the issue is that this computer feels like i went back in time to 2008 and bout it the muse is good but it feels like you have to press with the force of Zeus to click something the keys feel cheap and the display looks cheap is save your money for this price you could get a cheap gaming laptop that looks better and feels better
