I have owned this computer for a few years. The video conferencing is sub par as the picture isn't very clear. I do a lot of this and bought another computer this month. The battery life and speed are pretty limited too. But for the price it is an OK computer.

A very basic and barebones laptop. Good value when purchased on sale. Upgrade the memory (it will take up to 16gb) and add an SDD to it and you’ll have a workhorse for business needs. The integrated graphics are Intel UHD so don’t expect to play games or do heavy graphics work on this machine. No usb c is kind of a bummer also but again, the price was right when I purchased it.

The thing is, Dell's laptops exude confidence. The best ones are incredibly well-built, they have solid port selections, enjoyable keyboards, and stellar displays as well. Some of them are thin and light and, as such, geared towards general productivity work.

it's good for the price. I mean, it's a consumer laptop, so it's going to fall apart before its useful life is otherwise over, but again, it's a cheap laptop. I recommend it if all you need is a cheap laptop that's good enough to get some light duty work done.

My new Dell laptop computer is much lighter than my previous computer and much faster. I was pleased with the computer and the Geek Squad service transferring information from the old computer to the new one.

I love my new Dell Computer, it very easy to use and I love the touch screen feature that it has on it. My sister liked mine so much that she went the next week and bought the same computer and she loves her Dell Inspiron Computer also. Great buy!!!!!

Good laptop for the money. Touch screen is cool when I remember it’s there. Fast enough for my purposes. I did have an issue with the graphics card (be careful with Windows 11) so I had to exchange it after a week but the second one works great on 10.

I bought this device for my son, so he could have something decent for school. For the price, it's a solid laptop for streaming, doing word doc, etc. However, my son being 12 used it for gaming and that's where the problem occured. Everytime he would play, the laptop would get extremely hot where if it was on his lap, he would put a pillow or fold a towel so it wouldn't hurt his legs. This laptop was not meant to play games hours in end. We returned it and bought a gaming PC and just installed office on it. If you want a solid laptop for a decent price, you can't go wrong with this.

Great laptop so far. I have bought a laptop for the same price as thos one before and it was horribpe. I jad to return it because it was slow. This laptop is fast and it has really cool features like the touch screen display but over all. Great laptop

Fast laptop. Quiet and cool. Lighter than most. Price is about right and Bought two for the technicians and they set up so easy. Solid state hard drive allows for fast installs, boot, and program load ups. Literally could not hear it in my office.

I wanted a laptop that would do what I needed it to do and not cost a lot. I like this laptop more than the laptop I paid close to $1,000! It does everything I need it to do and I am pleasantly surprised at the speed.

Very nice, It does just what we wanted, after I get past the operating system! It took a while to set it up, but after that hour it seems to run fine.

Super easy set up. So far so good. I'm getting used to all it can do. Had an old chrome book before this and it is so nice to have a real laptop that can do so many things! Great price too.

Doing what I purchased it for. Fast and portable. My desktop gave up as it was old so I purchased this laptop to replace it. Plugged in my printer to USB and I am back in business. Great for the price.

I was skeptical on getting laptop, was worried about storage but, i have 4gb portable that i will be using - touch option is s plus for me, especially with the price it was purchased at. Absolutely am loving this buy

Pretty happy with it overall. I just use my PC for document editing and web surfing so I can't really speak to things like gaming or video editing performance, but I like the build quality, spins up fast, and the SSD opens my apps quickly. The display is nice and sharp. Good PC for the price for everyday work and surf use. The only reason why I took off a star is because the keyboard needs a little more resistance (more of a personal choice) and waking up the PC from sleep can be a cat and mouse game with the power button.

I purchased this laptop about two years ago for a new work project I needed something more portable on, and the only thing I regret is not getting the one with the backlit keyboard. Other than that, works as expected for value!

I love my Dell laptop. It is very light and was very easy to set up. Even as I type this review, it is on my Dell. Excellent value. I will recommend this laptop.

This is the fastest laptop I've ever owned. The display is crystal clear and the touch screen is an excellent option. I'm a mouse guy myself, but it's there when the mouse battery dies.
