Great laptop! For the office or for college this laptop gave me everything I needed and more! It’s very light and didn’t feel any heaviness while carrying it! Definitely recommend!

This machine is my day in day out instrument. No issue with it, many complained about laptop being hot after sometime but I can clearly say that this product is completely fine.

This item has been serving the purpose at which it was purchased. Easy to access. Battery longevity is excellent. I like this laptop. The size is perfect. Not too big and not too small just the size i love.

Great computer & price! Easy to use, fast & does everything I need! Purchased 2 other brands that I wasn’t happy with because they were less expensive, but Dell is the only way to go!

The Geek Squad helped me select this laptop. It is the right weight & size for my lap. They helped me install programs and transfer data from my old unit. I'm not a techie person but felt very comfortable with their assistance and advice. I would have taken a returned laptop but none like my choice was available. Nice to have that offered to save a little $$. Having purchased the laptop here the Geek Squad is always available should I need help.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. This was the best bang for the buck i could find at this price range. She loves it. Its super quick. Only downside is no backlit keyboard.

The lap top was easy to set up for a beginner. Plug in, turn on, and follow the set up instructions. Once set up, it works great and is very fast with seamless transisition between programs.

I am very pleased with this Dell laptop! I like the touchscreen and the size of screen! It is so much faster than my old laptop….& I appreciate Total Tech getting me all set up.

I got this laptop for my mother, so I have only used it myself for a short amount of time to set things up for her and assist her should she not know how to do something. From the bit that I myself have done on it, I think its great. I had to do a bit of research when we looked at it online because it said it came with Windows 11 in S mode. Which stumped me because prior to the purchase I had no idea what S mode was. But its basically a built in security feature for windows 10 and 11. Where if S mode is enabled you can only use apps from the Microsoft store and no external apps/software that is not available on Microsoft store. So you have to switch from S mode to use apps/software from outside Microsoft store which can be done for free within your settings and is simple to do, once the S mode has been switched you can use any app/software from anywhere you wish to download it from. I like the overall design of the laptop but the one thing I don't like is the tiny arrow keys that are sandwiched together in a spot roughly equal to the size of 2 keys. For the price you cant go wrong with this for normal everyday use. Myself I would not recommend this for gaming other than the standard built in games like solitaire an etc. This does not have the specs to play games like call of duty, battlefield and etc. I also do not recommend this for someone in content creation unless you're doing something like a podcast an don't have a large file DAW software which will bog the system down. If you're a video creator this barely meets any recommendations for editing software or livestreaming. On the other hand if you want to stream videos from prime video, netflix and etc it should do ok in that aspect. This is overall a good laptop for daily use for standard work on documents, listening to music, watching youtube and etc. You can also do meetings with the built in camera though its not high quality image it will do the just fine. My mother says that she likes it and that's all that matters to me.

This pc laptop packs a punch and is super fast. It's very lightweight and easy to carry around with you if need be. Love the touchscreen feature and it doesn't smudge too much.

This is literally a regular laptop and I was able to stream on it (gaming) for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I've done a lot of paperwork on it. Created digital art on it. Watched YouTube and Netflix on it. The downfall is every system update the battery life is shorten. I used to be able to use the laptop for 4 hours or more before the updates but now I only have 2 hours maxed before it shuts down on me. In addition, sometimes the updates removes the touch screen feature. It gets hot easily after one hour since the updates. You can hear the laptop working hard after an hour of usage. If you want it just for school purposes then it's great to use.

i am very happy with my Dell Inspiron laptop. i replaced a 2008 Dell Latitude laptop that had given me zero hassles the past five or six years and i am pleased that i was able to find what i was looking for at my nearest Best Buy location. the only thing i was hoping to have included that is not available is a backlit keyboard, however it is spill proof and i like having the touch screen, i just couldn't buy an item of this kind without having the chance to "test drive" it in person. good job Best Buy.

As my husband and I aren’t super tech savvy (understatement), we rely on the knowledge of Best Buy’s staff to guide us. We were not disappointed. The young man who assisted us in selecting a lap top was very knowledgeable and patient and friendly. I wish I remembered his name so he could receive an atta boy . We have had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy...the big box store that behaves like a small corner shop. Keep it up!

Boughrt for my boyfriend to start clothing line for father’s day! Havent had a chance to really find the pros & cons as of yet. But the screen is big & and computer light weight

I love it!!! Fast!!!!! It the screen picture is very clear and bright! It makes my work soooooo much easier. I also like the screen size too. It is perfect for me.

i am very impressed with this laptop - and purchasing a dell was not at the top of my list. i had looked at the HP laptops as that is what i have had and did not have many issues with it. i went to the store to see what would be comparable to what i had and the customer service rep stated a dell inspiron would be the best for me - both for what i needed and it would be the most economical as well - so i purchased it and am glad i did!!!

This is my first personal laptop and I'm pleased with it's performance. It seems to do everything I need swiftly. Price point was reasonable.

Excellent laptop and meets my needs. It is similar to the model I previously owned and which just died. If I get as many years out of this model as I did my last one, I will get my money's worth five times over! The keyboard has a nice touch and it is lighter than the previous model, great for hauling around. You cannot go wrong with this model. As a writer, I need lots of memory for documents and this laptop has it. One drawback -- I wish the battery life was a bit longer but otherwise, a great product for an even better price. Great value!

Bought as second laptop for my kid’s school work. It has survived accidental falls and very rough handling. I would say it’s a great buy.

Great computer for the price. I am IT so I use my computer a lot. This one is the truth. Fast and it doesn't lag.
