Price was reasonable. But with just 3 weeks of use, there has been a major malfunction. 5 minutes into a Zoom meeting and I lost the video of the other participants. Since then the computer fails to charge. Have not been able to identify the problem yet.

Below I have provided steps to make sure the webcam driver is installed and the full article link to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue. I have also provided a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for your PC to make sure all is up to date so everything runs properly.
Determine if the Webcam Driver is installed in Windows 10
1. Press and hold the Windows key, and then press the q key.
2. In the search box type device manager.
3. Select Device Manager (Control panel) in the list of results.
4. Touch or click the plus (+) sign to the left of Cameras or Imaging Devices.
5. Your webcam is working correctly, when there is no red (X), an exclamation mark (!) or down-arrow next to Integrated Webcam, (When there is no listing for Cameras or Imaging Devices, "
