    I compared several different laptops to see which one had the best bang for the buck. Wasn't looking to spend $3,000 on one, but also wanted the pc to fit my needs. I chose this one. So far, I'm loving it. Plus, when Windows 11 comes out, I can upgrade to that. I immediately upgraded the RAM and SSD before turning it on for the first time because I knew that need to be done.

    We bought this Dell laptop to replace a Lenovo that my wife had for a few years. Just wanted something reliable and simple, with decent memory and was reliable. So far, after a month, the Dell is all that and more. My wife loves it and it loads quickly has just the right amount of memory and it's relatively lightweight to lug around. Would definitely recommend it,

    I'm enjoying my new Dell laptop. I had been looking for one for several months, and I was happy to find one that met my criteria. The initial set-up was simple, and the display is wonderful. The Geek Squad helped with other set-up tasks and with installing anti-virus/security software. The price was great, too. Everyone at Best Buy was so helpful with my questions.

    The 256 GB SSD and 8 GB ram are a good match for this intel i5 processor laptop. Lighter weight than my older laptop with 1TB hard disk. Wish the keyboard had greater throw like a typical desk top detached keyboard. SD memory card slot accepts 128 GB SD card for only $20 adds 50% to storage. Wish the card fit totally within laptop instead of sticking out. Either have to remove card when putting laptop in briefcase or be very careful to protect that side
