Wasn't looking to spend $3,000 on one, but also wanted the pc to fit my needs. I chose this one. So far, I'm loving it. Plus, when Windows 11 comes out, I can upgrade to that. I immediately upgraded the RAM and SSD before turning it on for the first time because I knew that need to be done.

Just wanted something reliable and simple, with decent memory and was reliable. So far, after a month, the Dell is all that and more. My wife loves it and it loads quickly has just the right amount of memory and it's relatively lightweight to lug around. Would definitely recommend it,

Great Dell laptop

I had been looking for one for several months, and I was happy to find one that met my criteria. The initial set-up was simple, and the display is wonderful. The Geek Squad helped with other set-up tasks and with installing anti-virus/security software. The price was great, too. Everyone at Best Buy was so helpful with my questions.
