Picture and sound quality are good, only downfall is that the headphone jack does not work so the headphones have to be Bluetooth OR you have to invest in an additional adaptor. At first we thought it was the jack itself but upon calling Dell its actually a glitch with the computer itself and they cannot fix it.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not had the computer yet as tech is still setting it up but I gave it a 5 because of how pleasant the employees are there and how the tech man I have been working with his name was Chris W he was so helpful and pleasant and patient with me be glad to Try out the dell computer as soon as I get it hopefully I will Be happy with it but it is a 5 for Best Buy employees and especially the tech

Mediocre Laptop

I've had several audio issues with it (losing audio altogether) and error codes that have so far, gotten corrected when starting. I typically buy HP laptops, middle of the line, which have worked great for my needs so this is a diversion from my norm. I won't be repeating it. To top it off, I didn't even get credited with my purchase in my BB account.

Good screen size and user friendly. Purchased as a replacement for a Mac and I am very pleased with my decision. Would recommend this laptop to a beginner and a seasoned user. If ever needed I would buy this product for myself and any family members It’s a very good choice

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's a touch-screen laptop with a 10th gen i5 processor, which is plenty fast. 8GB of ram and a 256GB SSD are on the small-ish side, but will only really matter if you're doing editing of huge photographs or movies. It has a 10-key on the keyboard which most 15.6" laptops dont't. For the money, nothing else came close. The only negative is that the shell collects dirt easily. Small negative though.

I don't do a lot of computer stuff and I'm pretty much figuring this out on my own. So far I haven't found anything that I don't like. It is much faster than the old one. I can type a paper and print it off. I can email and see friends on Facebook. I think it was a good investment.
