Buy from Best Buy, not Dell, better deal

I bought 2 for my daughters, one year later the hinges broke, dell says not covered under warranty. Dell makes good desktops and laptops, but they need to stop making 2-1 laptops, supposedly alot of complaints online. So i bought another dell laptop, just not a 2-1. Stay away from their 2-1 laptops. Best Buy deal cheaper than on dell wbsite.

The only thing missing is the backlit keyboard and it's testing specs say it's built to have it. Battery seems to last about 7 hours. Screen very bright, have set to about 15%. Been using it near three weeks and it's quick! Havn't fully tested/explored its attributes.

Good Performance, Poor Battery

At most, you may get 2 hours out of it before you have to charge. It’s almost like having a desktop because you’re chained to the charger. I’m not sure it should be this way but that has been my experience over a month’s time.

Low and behold I had an excellent and knowledgeable associate point me in the right direction and this was it. Fast loading turns on fast and is very responsive! I was afraid to get a Dell as past experiences weren't the best, let me tell you, this laptop is great! So happy!!

I told him if it was not what I needed, I would be returning it. He checked my requirements one additional time and said this was it. My only complaint is with how long it took for the geek squad to get it ready for me. Was told 2-3 days and was about 1 week. Should work at doing what they say. I also told them I needed it for work and they supposedly made note of that.
