Very easy to use, fast and easy, does everything I need it for with a great price

Great for everyday computing. It's not really fast but more than adequate for the price. The Intel Pentium processor now has 4 cores.

Laptop works as advertised but it at the low end of the price scale. A decent computer for the price, but nothing fancy.

Our mission needed an inexpensive but reliable laptop with a DVD reader for one of our missionaries. This fit the bill perfectly! No need for 'gaming' RAM, processor speed nor graphics capabilities, just basic email, Internet browsing and document/spreadsheet creation. Need something good for 5-7 years, Dell has been that for us in the past.

I was skeptical about the price. $204.00 ,for a 4GB memory 500GB hard drive Dell? Excellent purchase! Very happy. It does what I need when I need it. Surprisingly, it even loaded on windows 10 , XP professional. Speed won't give you a nose bleed. But, it also won't give you s headache. Great unit for the price! Highly recommend.

This is the SLOWest COMPUTER i n the universe!!!!! It has always been incredibly slow, and now it has just stopped! I took it to the Geeks when it was slow and there response was that I should have bought a faster computer! Now it is dead!!! I will not spend another penny on this computer!!!!!!!!!! My first computer was a COMADOR 64, so I am definately NOT new to this world! As a computer it would make a great BOAT ANCHOR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not enough power to do anything. Low price but not sure it was worth it. Barely runs a browser with 1 tab open. Office apps, forget about it. Win 10 alone is too much for this pc to run.

My mother is begging computer classes and I just had time to sit down and teach her the basics. So she started taking classes and she needed a laptop. I checked the open box area and found the perfect starter computer for her at 1/4 of the price of a new.

I bought this for my grand son and he loves it. Was begging me for a computer that a 7 year old could use. This was selected since it was lightweight and had plenty of strength to last him for some time in the future. Good buy for the money.

After returning 2 HP Laptops because of battery problems, I bought My Dell. Love it so far. Just what I need as a retiree and just use for personal things like Play games, email and facebook some banking etc. Glad I changed to Dell.
