    Major drawback for me was realizing there is no outlet for a land line connection. Never thought to check, since I thought all computers had land line access.

    Good budget laptop for freshman year. He doesn't like tablets so a LT with all the basic functions works great for classes, homework, papers, research, etc.

    Got this for my 7 year old son. No problems with it at all. Buy a USB mouse because the track pad is garbage. Other than that it's a nice unit.

      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
      8. Restart the PC.
