My boyfriend found this one for me because it was a "decent computer" for my budget. He said it wouldn't be that great but it was in my budget. When I got it I absolutely loved it. It was a lot better than what he was making it sound. The only thing I don't like about it is it does not have a CD/DVD drive. I love everything else about it though and I would definitely recommend this.

It is NOT flimsy. I was expecting it to be so, but to suggest it is was flimsy is dishonest. The cover is textured and so is the palm rest surface. Yes, this is plastic. But it is far better than almost anything in this price segment. This computer does not come with a DVD drive nor ethernet connectivity. You should read the description before buying. Of course you can always add external DVD burner and a usb to ethernet connector is available elsewhere. This is a very good basic computer. I write this because the other review so far does not represent the product honestly. I bought this for my niece for Christmas - I rebuild computers but wanted her to have something new when she went away for college later next year.

A watse of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has a student I didn't have time to go in the store and buy a laptop so I did it online, and that was a mistake. I would have never bought this computer if I saw it in person. First thing I noticed when I got this was how flimsy it is, its made out of some cheap plastic and it just feels cheap. The camera will also turn on at random times, which is honestly creepy. My biggest problem is the CD port (the whole reason I bought this laptop#, apparently there is no manually way to open the CD port. To open the port requires a series of agonizing steps that starts with searching "my computer" in the search bar #I am not kidding)
