Good computer for the money just still trying to figure out the new windows. Only thing I wish it had is lighted keys.

    Cheap AND Awesome

I picked this laptop since it had 1TB of storage and 8 Gigs of Ram and a DVD/CD drive and touch screen. So I just picked the cheapest one. Love it. I like to swipe through a page using the touch screen and then use the keyboard...so awesome! WHo knew that could make things so much easier. It does have that annoying Windows 8, but it doesn't boot up from the get go, forcing you to figure out a reach around immediately. One annoying thing, but it's mostly with Wondows 8 in general, is that it automatically hooks up to all my other devices, and then "claims" I have the files available, when as soon as I leave the house, I don't. And it automatically saved things to my desktop pc as a default...but none of that is this Dell's fault....I have learned to check his defaults now... The screen is huge! It is fast and can multitask pictures and videos without slowing, which is what I was looking for.. Unlike those silly tablets, I can close it up and plop it in a bag for transport. The battery doesn't have a lot of life...maybe four hours.

This computer keeps giving me dns errors, says no internet connection and freezes up when changing web pages. I know it has to be this laptop because all my other devices work fine. I would not recommend this laptop, in fact I am thinking about returning it tomorrow.
