i bought this a month back and serves the purpose that is to surf the internet and use basic microsoft office packages. Heavier is weight compared to other laptops in this price range but works fine if ure a home user.

bought this to replace 5 yr old Dell. very happy with the product. was what I was expecting and come to expect with Dell products. No complaints, serves my needs well, nothing fancy, just a good reliable product.

this is a good entry level computer. had a problem when I booted up the computer. Called Dell support and they were excellent in fixing the problem. I always by a Dell product they have the best customer support

Very pleased with the product overall but the computer processing power is lacking so much that it's only suitable for completing simple tasks such as word processing, web browsing and streaming media.

It's already back for repairs..I gave it a 3 stars because of the value for money and I know the geek squad will have it running like new in a few days.

No complaints after a few weeks since purchase. Really enjoy the touchscreen.

It does the basics I need - surfing online and some word documents. I use gimp portable to modify simple graphics and I have no problem running that program. Don't like that I had to buy office 365.

Bright clear screen. Very light. Plenty of memory for all of my music and videos.

When I first got this product I kept getting DNS errors, I was ready to return it, but after unloading and reinstalling some software, everything works great. Bi would now recommend this product.
