We have not taken the tv out of the box yet, but the display model was everything we were looking for. We expect the actual product to be the same.

I purchased this open box but I was happy with it at first glance but after some time it started lagging and once I formatted it it's working fine.

I bought these items for my son who is starting his first year of college. He is excited and so am I. I always shop at Best buy for my electronics.

My granddaughter is a new college student and loves this computer. There is more than enough memory for its intended purpose. The spacing of the individual keys on the keyboard are an exceptional feature that is not found on many computers. This makes it easier to use than most keyboards and prevents errors.

Dell computer group met my needs. It included Microsoft office and a separate security system-Kaspersky. Both were easy to install and work well.

I am very happy that I purchased this laptop from Best Buy. The service and knowledge of the salesman was great. Thanks you for both excellent product and service. You have a great system of dealing with customers in a very friendly and trusting manners. That is hard to find in many other stores.

I did not realize I purchased an inspiron as I had one years ago and was not happy. However this model has been great and I am very pleased

I have had the laptop for about two months now and it has operated trouble free. I like Windows 8 and I have a free Windows 10 upgrade coming. I am a casual user with streaming media, social networking and multiple spreadsheets as well as being an author of novels that I write on this computer.

I was very pleased with this machine. I discussed my needs with the Best Buy Associate and he directed me to 3 options. I was able to test the machine on websites I visit and feel as though I made an informed decision. The computer works fine for my usage and I feel good about the purchase.

This computer runs slower than my old Dell inspiron, i sometimes have to disconnect from my wifi and reconnect because it will say limited. I am having to get use to where the delete button is, my old laptop was the last button on upper right corner. i use it a lot. I do like the touch screen but don't use it as much as i thought i would.

I do appreciate that BestBuy allowed there to be a local account to log into the computer. The space is also a great plus.

If you are heading back to school or looking for a great value in a Dell Laptop, I would recommend purchasing this one!

This laptop works well and is easy to setup. The battery life is better than the computers from a couple of years ago.

My laptop is splendidly performing with all the things that I needed in a gadget - quick booting, compatible with all the conventional applications and printer-friendly(no need for disc installation). Very good resolution from webcam and many more it's just super!

My first brand new laptop, in fact, my first brand new computer ever! Did tons of research before purchasing, and I am extremely pleased with my choice. I am also extremely pleased with the service I received from BEST BUY personnel, including the GEEK SQUAD.

computer seems to be fine for household use windows 10 is hard to get use to

It took me a long time to decide to go from a desktop to a laptop and this one helped me decide to switch.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop for my 10 year old son and this was it! It is easy for him to navigate without too much instruction. The touchpad was giving him some trouble, so I bought him a wireless mouse. Other than that, he loves it!
