    not thrilled so far. no updates were installed, graphic display issues, network connection issues. Have had the geek squad work on it twice in one month since I have owned it.

    I have been having internet connection issues with the laptop. I have had the wiring replaced from Comcast for everything attached but it is still dropping the internet connection. Comcast has done everything they can do, I have done everything I can do short of having "THE SQUAD" take a look and see if it is a hardware issue. It is like the laptop is fighting hardwire vs wireless. I am hardwired when this occurs. IT IS FRUSTRATIG TO SAY THE LEAST. I have never had any problems with my other Dell equipment.
