Worst pc ever

Bad Dell laptop...

Absolutely stunning laptop with great performance

Slow laptop but you get what you pay for

The second time was just after the 15 day return policy & the manager at the Potomac, VA location told me there was nothing he could do, so maybe I should take a class to figure out how to use it. I didnt need a class to learn how to use any of my other electronics. So not only do I feel stupid for buying this product, I was also treated like I was stupid buy the best buy customer service manager. Take this as a warning, if you buy this product & have any issues...too bad. Your stuck with a $500 laptop thats unusable

Never got to use it! Geek squad charged me $80.00.... I don't have anything now after they married my old computor with a computor I took back
