I purchased this laptop simply to run Quicken. (I have a Mac and the Quicken program for Mac is not compressive enough for my use.) The Dell laptop is sufficient however slow. I'm glad this is not my "main" computer.

Easy for a 10 year old to navigate and use. Had to buy a wireless mouse, because they had trouble using the mouse pad on laptop.

Good computer at a great deal, all said and done with 2 years protection plan and antivirus for under $500. Touch screen was a plus. It seems like the device could be fickle. In the first week, we had slow opening times for simple files.All told though, great deal.

The computer turned out to have wonderful features I had not expected at the price we paid. Our grandson is truly happy with it.

My husband and I both got one. I love the touch screen and on screen keyboard. I sent my nephew to go get him one for college.

Needed a decent but lower end laptop. Didn't want a touch screen at first but it's come in pretty handy and am glad I got it.

I got this for my husband and he thinks the touch screen is absolutely the best. He has been very pleased with the product.

The computer was easy to set up and to use so far. I haven't had much time to spend on it yet but I think we will enjoy it.

It's a bargain price for a touch-screen, so I couldn't resist. It really does a lot, but it doesn't do it very well. The keyboard, for example, is a disaster. I have used laptops for years and never encountered one that I couldn't type on. It misses almost every 'm' I type, because the keyboard is recessed and therefore vague, with little tactile feedback. Looks cool, works lousy. They system bogs down routinely, and get hung often apparently doing intense disk accesses. Also, I hate Windows 8, but that's a different subject. This one looks good on paper, but does not perform well.

Bought as an open box special. Very pleased. Nice computer with lots of storage & up to date features for the price.

Fast processor, graphics are clear and love the touchscreen. Great for home, light business use and/or school use.

Good replacement laptop for one that died. Freezes occasionally, but that might be my internet. Good big screen. My one pet peeve is that the mouse makes a loud click and sometimes is a bit stubborn (so I have to press hard, and get the loud click).

Shopped around. Skeptical and lacking tech skills. Andy is the reason I bought this product and accessories. First win, no upsell. I stayed. Second win, he listened to my description of needs. I stayed. Third win: Patient explanation of use of product in language that bridged the tech gap. I bought the Dell because of the best buy associate's knowledge of the product. Great laptop for basic surfing, social media and streaming. Beatiful touchscreen display with Windows 8 apps.

This laptop is perfect for a college student! Great price for the laptop, security package and 365 office.

The laptop is a great little machine. A disappointment I have with it is that it is lacking indicators showing hard-drive running or that its connected to external power. I would have given it 5 stars if these LED'so were incorporated.

This computer delivers everything claimed in the advertisement. Interesting to find that the computer did not have a VGA port...so we had to buy an adapter to use our projector.

Took a while for him to switch his thinking from windows 7 to 8. He couldn't get the downloads that ew bundled to download - kept asking him to pay. It is at best buy right now removing malware and getting what is bundled.

I love this computer! It is so easy to use. I love the touch screen feature. It is user friendly.
