Gets the job done, even light gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall very happy with this laptop considering I got it on sale for $329.99. Multi-tasking is fine (hiccups here and there but not often). Touch screen is nice. Ample storage. 6gb works fine but I may upgrade to 8 on the ram to assist with some gaming. I have been using this primarily to play some online streaming games (iracing) and it is working great so far which surprised me. My only real complaint is that the battery life is pretty poor but it did say it only last 4 hours. This is quite accurate. If you are on the go a lot, keep this in mind. Even standby seems to drain it quite a bit.

Sluggish
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a new laptop and bought this on the recommendation of the salesperson. It's slow and the laptop weighs a ton compared to most. I'm sorry I didn't spend more time on it. It can do the job only very slowly. I'm thinking of returning...if possible

Works like it's from 1990's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very basic laptop. Extremely slow. Takes almost 10 mins to just boot up. Can't even think about multitasking on it. If you looking for a laptop for checking you email once in a while or see a movie once a weekend, then it's surely a way to go.

No good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer based on reviews hoping that I'd be a happy customer. The computer itself is nice but the camera quality sucks. It's very grainy. The sound quality also sucks. It sounds very muffled. Back to the store it went!

Basic and no backlit keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The computer is slow, but is good enough for simple tasks as surfing and email. The keyboard doesn't light up and the fan can be loud sometimes. It's heavy in nature, so toting it around in a backpack or bag would be arduous.

I hate this laptop.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate this laptop. The quality seems poor. Will probably give to my 12 year old, and just get something else. Hasn't worked efficiently since I set it up. Dont waste your money. Wont even hold a charge.

very unhappy with this laptop.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very unhappy with this laptop. the screen turns blue and says there is a problem detected and the computer needs to shut down. this happens, it seems, 50% of the time I use it. I do not use it much, periodically, a few time a day at most.

Slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very slow, this is a low end laptop, but I expected a lot more speed/power than what I got. I replaced a 10 year old laptop that had more speed and power than this one. Would not recommend.

Waste of $300
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer has given me problems since day 1, literally. Freezing with the simplest of tasks, web surfing is painstakingly slow, and don't even try to open any applications while doing anything else at all. I thought that by reinstalling windows myself, I could maybe fix some issues, and it helps for maybe a day or two then goes back to being awful (and I'm a computer repair technician). It truly is a waste of money. Save that $300 to put toward a better computer, like a Macbook. Which is what I will be buying next.

Very unhappy but this might be because 10 is new
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very slow responses. Mouse is erratic. It acts without direction. Either I need a tutor or the unit is a bomb. Why was it on sale for such a great price if it didn't have problems

Not Worth It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am writing this review because I purchased this laptop just a year ago and am online shopping for a replacement. I have used this for exactly 2 business trips (mainly for MS Word docs) and the battery has already failed. When plugged in, it takes forever and a day to boot, then is incredibly sloooowwwww. I am not a hard-core tech user, just needed a basic laptop for document purposes. I am disappointed because I have used Dell laptops professionally for at least a decade with no issue. Fail.

I bought a used computer full of problems.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I each bought laptops. She had good luck with Dell so we each bought used ones from the store. Mine sucked. I kept getting a blue screen and it would shut itself down. I contacted Dell support and they even took control to try and fix it. That didn't work so I took it back to factory reset. That didn't work either, so Dell sent me a new computer. I don't know if the store did not test it out or what. I was NOT satisfied with mine at all. My wife's computer however is working fine.
