    During the first boot, system took more then 2 mins to boot and load up. Replaced with new system still same performance. Disappointed and returned it back to Store.

    I would never buy a computer from Best Buy again for this $329 computer they want $199 for a protection plan which I declined. Now they want $149 for a one time analysis and fix. The computer was purchased 6 weeks ago. Computer is woefully slow.

    Stay away from this computer, don't waste your money. Cheaply made, extremely slow, the mouse is not navigating. I regret this purchase big time. The Best Buy gives you a 2 week guarantee, and Dell a month ( during that time the laptop can breathe but in 2 months it will just die and you will lose your money) paying $400 to be able to use the computer for 2 months?? You decide.

    Worst laptop it take very very long time to load to desktop and i have waiting it to load to desktop. strongly does not recommend to anyone.

    Computer crashed just after about a year and of course out of warranty. Now just in year 3 and the battery will no longer charge. Tried new battery and new power cord. Computer tech said it may be mother board. My previous Dell laptop lasted well over 7 years and only upgraded bcz it was out of date. Hoping this was just a lemon. Used to love Dell products, now not so sure.

    Not a bad laptop it has decent specs, but the main problem is the speed. The HDD constantly runs at 100% and it slows down the machine

    it was brand new and has no charger i shipped it out to a friend and now he has to spend 80 to replace a charger that was not incluided

    I haven't even had this 2 weeks yet and ive been unable to even use the internet for more than 10 minutes at a time. Windows 10 keeps crashing with the blue screen of death and stopcode error. I have updated the software, OS and drivers. Nothing has resolved and ther wifi cannot even detect my connection sitting n right next to my router and modem while all other devices in my house can. Worthless, hence the sale price.

    Very last thing I will buy from Dell. Had this machine 2 years and nothing but headaches. lost files, lock ups and now battery giving problems, Dell wants $120 for a refurbished battery, had a chance to change this laptop for a HP shortly after I bought it, sorry I did not follow my instinct.

    Malfunctioning after just a couple mo. of light use. Even though it is obviously a hardware issue, they put us through a week of "try this, try that" updates, etc. Now it's been 2 days since Dell said they would email us a shipping label and we would be without it for 10 t0 12 days. Meanwhile my daughter is making do with a borrowed laptop that is old and heavier as she lugs it around her college campus.

    This was an open box item and is being returned. It crashes constantly. It's either not compatible with Windows 10 or the most pathetic laptop in existence. Positively the worst thing I've ever purchased from Best Buy.

    Good price and functionality for my 12 year old daughter's school needs, but now after 2 years will not recognize adapter to charge the battery. Bought son the exact same laptop at the same time. His still works and tried using his adapter. Still not recognized. Disappointing.

    Whenever I try to plug a device in a USB port, Windows freezes. I have tried and tried to get Dell to assist with the problem but get nothing but aggravation in return. Also note, there is NO Windows disc included, you have to request it, and good luck with that! I've been asking that they send one for five days and I just keep getting a run-around. I will NEVER buy another Dell.
