I have had this computer since May of 2017. Today January 22, 2018 it went black and when I tried to restart it I got Windows error messages and it cant recover. Lost all my files cant restart to get them off. Dont use for anything but internet surfing cant be trusted.

Nice computer but very slow. I wouldn’t recommend this

The headphone jack is not working and huge problem with wifi, i need to restart my laptop for wifi every time. I want to return the item but i 15 days period is over.

This laptop is slow but you get what you pay for. x

Bought , after two days, motherboard went out. Took it back to Best Buy, they replaced it with another Dell, same Model, took it home and one day later it stopped working as well. . Not a good quality product would not suggest anyone buy this brand

When we first purchased the computer it went worked fine but we had to contact Dell three times and it never was running properly we had to return it

This laptop has been working very well for me so far. It's fast and very responsive. I'm pleased that it has 6GB Memory, because it's plenty of speed and capacity for Windows 10, and all the stuff that I want to do with it. I like the layout of the keyboard and the screen size. Perfect for watching videos and playing games. It also has a CD ROM drive and a full size SD card slot, so you can plug in and connect almost anything. I haven't tried the CD ROM drive yet, but when I do I'll edit my review. Given the speed and functionality of everything else, I'm sure it will work just fine.

So slow. Slow like a chunky computer from the early 2000’s I’ve always used HP not sure why I bought a dell but it’s freaking slowww it takes like 8 minutes to turn on and about 10 minutes to open my first window.

I had very reasonable hopes out of this budget laptop. It was not upto the mark even for that. Hardware: the edge where your wrists will rest are sharp, very uncomfortable. Software: it took forever to sign in, setting up. Poor Laptop

I returned my laptop because I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get on to WIFI, even with the help of a DELL Rep. I just didn't want to deal with this as a ongoing problem going forward. I am going to buy an IPAD instead!

The laptop was making NOISY SOUND. BEST BUY replaced for another one. The same problem . Finally I returned. But, the laptop digital sound and internet speed were amazing. I bought HP after my bad luck with dell.

After the 6 month mark this Dell Laptop began to crash every few hours... in the middle of work, and I had to purchase a new laptop less than a Year later. Went to Apple and never going back to Dell.

I bought this and didn't use it much. From the first time I logged on it moved slow. It takes forever to load up, to input text, to open programs. I reinstalled windows but it didnt help. Might be a lemon.

Funny that you sent this now. The computer froze 4 times this week and just shut down by itself. After a month it is DOA.

It was one of the worst experiences ever, the laptop restarted almost each time I used it.

not real happy with this purchase or the so called help from the geek squad there at the store...I feel I have a lap top that doesn't work right and no one is listening to what I am telling them

The charger will not charge could not be fixed. 1 year and 6 months used for college not abused. Second Dell laptop I have bought with charging issues. Last Dell I will buy!

Barely lasted 6 weeks. Had to take back to have inspected by Geek Squad. 6 weeks and past the return period. Wow.! Best Buy not my favorite store. Going to have to go elsewhere from now on.

I bought this for my college. Thinking this will be a nice computer to work with. But now this laptop has whole tot of problems. I'm so frustrated. I need quick solution.
