Crashed

Today January 22, 2018 it went black and when I tried to restart it I got Windows error messages and it cant recover. Lost all my files cant restart to get them off. Dont use for anything but internet surfing cant be trusted.

hardware problem

Poor Quality Laptop

Took it back to Best Buy, they replaced it with another Dell, same Model, took it home and one day later it stopped working as well. . Not a good quality product would not suggest anyone buy this brand

Awesome speed and durability

I'm pleased that it has 6GB Memory, because it's plenty of speed and capacity for Windows 10, and all the stuff that I want to do with it. I like the layout of the keyboard and the screen size. Perfect for watching videos and playing games. It also has a CD ROM drive and a full size SD card slot, so you can plug in and connect almost anything. I haven't tried the CD ROM drive yet, but when I do I'll edit my review. Given the speed and functionality of everything else, I'm sure it will work just fine.

Slow like a chunky computer from the early 2000’s I’ve always used HP not sure why I bought a dell but it’s freaking slowww it takes like 8 minutes to turn on and about 10 minutes to open my first window.

Poor hardware and software

Hardware: the edge where your wrists will rest are sharp, very uncomfortable. Software: it took forever to sign in, setting up. Poor Laptop

WIFI doesn't work

I just didn't want to deal with this as a ongoing problem going forward. I am going to buy an IPAD instead!

2 Defected laptops

Finally I returned. But, the laptop digital sound and internet speed were amazing. I bought HP after my bad luck with dell.

Good for 6 months

Computer has been slow entire time

It takes forever to load up, to input text, to open programs. I reinstalled windows but it didnt help. Might be a lemon.

Didn’t even last 2 years
