I purchased this computer after returning a Lenovo and I must say that I'm pleased with it's performance thus far. The i3 is much faster than the intel celeron processor that I returned to the store. The only negative observations I have is there are far too many updates on this computer. I am literally letting it update almost everyday. Also, the sound quality is not that great. It has Bluetooth so I have been able to hook it up to some external speakers. The camera is also not that clear. Other than that, everything else is fine.

with the touchscreen, etc. it makes all of my work much easier to complete.

I'm late reviewing this but it makes no difference because I still love my laptop! I got my first Dell 13 years ago and it still works to this day. Unfortunately, there are battery issues (it has to stay plugged up) so I needed another one to use when I'm on the go. My guy bought me an HP touch screen and I loved it until it crashed after 6 months. That left me back with the same dilemma. At that point I decided that Dells would always be for me! I've had my laptop for about a year now with no issues and I love it!

Computer very easy to set up and use. I have had no issues or problems at all. Runs very fast and smooth. Would buy again in a heart beat.

Great computer for the price. Suits the needs of an everyday user who is simply checking emails, using programs such as Microsoft Office.

computer was a great price for a touchscreen with DVD player. The specs are not great but if you want a dvd player and want to surf the internet then you can't complain. especially when computer was under twohundred dollars.

I took my wife shopping for a replacement laptop. Hers was on its last leg and several years old. Found this one to be close to the same set up as hers but a lot faster and user friendly. She is still moving into her new laptop and enjoying it.

My previous laptop was an Inspiron, but it was getting old technologically. It's still working fine, but I wanted a new one. I like the touch screen and all of the space. It was an easy transition to the new one. It was also within my price range.

we wanted a cost friendly laptop for the kids to use for homework. This has worked fantastically. It’s fast, and the touch screen option, which was new to us in a laptop, has been really helpful with the youngest kids. Great choice!

Trust-able Dell product with touch screen that unable to adequate for window 10 environment with enough space to save file for 1TB Hd.

This computer is nice and fast. It does exactly what I want it to do. It's a little bulky but other than that it's worth the price.

Works good. Like touch screen. Easy to use once you get learn about Windows 10 operating system. Been using Windows XP up till now.

Bought as a gift, could be faster but you get what you pay for here. Good mix of screen quality/size and processor and hard drive.

Do not go buy an expensive one if you don't need to. This computer works GREAT and cost less than the one I had before. All the features, function, and ease of use without the high price. Very good computer and I LOVE the touch screen!!!!

This is a very good laptop for the price. I was expecting a little more speed from an i3, but overall am happy with the performance.

First, the promotion was real. I mean I checked other stores and the price was really good. Second, this computer meets my expectations. It is fast and of pretty good quality. Third, the battery works for about 5 hours which is great.
