I spotted this laptop while in the store picking up something else. It was on sale, with Microsoft office, for under $300! Love the touchscreen, clarity, speed.. theres nothing not to like about it.

Bought this on a special sell and was a great price for what I got. Has worked perfectly for all my needs. A bit of a learning curve for windows 10 but that was expected. A solidly built performer.

I bought this laptop for my brother when it was on sale for $299. The processor is fast enough for basic browsing and doing everyday stuff. I like that it's a touchscreen but I rarely use it.

Laptop arrived 1 day early. It took several hours to download and install updates for windows 10, but once this was finished, everything works well. This isn't the fastest machine, but fast enough for the applications we are using. We have it for 3 weeks now, and didn't encounter any major problems yet. Nothing else can beat the price we payed ($299) for its performance. As a bonus it even had a touch screen for this price.

It is a nice entry level laptop with the bonus of a touch screen. Plenty of memory and easy setup.

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for my husband after his old one was damaged. Love this replacement as it is much faster and has a touch screen. He is very happy with this product!

I bough this laptop for my parents that will use it to communicate with us via skype. It has been a little slow to react comparing to my i7 business laptop but very robust and good. Touch screen is a bonus feature that helps with using different applications. I'm especially pleased with the sound quality since my parents are old and do not hear well, sound is clear and speaker are loud enough without going to the max.

This Dell laptop performed well at first. I was continually prompted by email to download the "included" Micro Trend security which I did. The result was lousy slow operation and thoroughly disappointing operation after the download. I would suggest you don't push that security trial as it messed up my laptop. After that I had to make an appointment at the store to get it removes and the original files restored.

Only thing I don’t like is that I can’t use the buttons to turn it up or down. Or the light button I have to touch it on my screen it don’t work for the keyboard type.

Got this a couple months ago. MUCH more stable and quicker than my old laptop, very affordable. Easy to use. Compatible with military CAC card (with cac reader and some installations).

I went into Bestbuy to pick up an online order . when they didint have my tablet i decided to look at laptops . this was a great buy for $300. fast, lage touch screen and affordable

The laptop wasn't my first choice but it was affordable and seemed to have good specs. My experience so far with it has been good. Few hitches here and there e.g occasional freezing - not often. Guess the ram could be better to handle multiple applications at a time It would probably be better for someone who only needed it for checking email, watching YouTube and light usage. All in all a good laptop

Bought this one for my school use. Very large screen and hard drive capacity. Install some programming software and runs fast compared to my old Lenovo x220 laptop. Five star laptop

Bought mostly for travel and a backup computer. Glad I didn't get the cheapest. On sale this is pretty good machine, better than I thought it would be. First 3 boots were slow, was thinking SSD but after that boots surprisingly fast. I don't use touch and it seems a little insensitive. If you use touch a lot may need to spend a little more money. For most any non gaming use it's pretty fast. Don't pay over $350 for it though. Amazon selling what appears to be same machine for same price but Amazon machine has 5 series i3 whereas this one has lastest gen 7 series i3. Probably wouldn't notice a performance difference though, in ordinary use.
