This is the fastest little machine and it has a touch screen too! For the price point, it really does everything a home based user could want. Great product.

Overall I am very pleased with this laptop. It handles all the tasks i need it for and got it for a great price! Very pleased! Would give it five stars as it would be nice if it had a back lit keyboard, but in all fairness that was not something i was shopping for. I didn't realize how nice it would be until after purchase. But am still very pleased with it!

I gave the product 5 stars because it really is a great product. Purchased as a gift for my nephew to take to college. It works great for him and his course work. My only issue is with Best Buy posting points to my account. So I won't dock the product because of the Rewards issue. I ordered this laptop in May 2017 and it's July 2017 and the issue is still not resolved about the Rewards after several phone calls and emails to Best Buy customer service. I would have purchased another item but I will not from Best Buy until I get my points from my previous purchase.

This is a basic little laptop, does just what it's supposed to. Touch screen, good volume and fast enough. No bells and whistles but gets the job done.

I love this computer. The only thing about touch screens is when you go to move it off your lap it sometimes alters your pages, and even closes them out. I had that happen when I was in the middle of an assignment and was frustrating. The only time I use touch screen is when I'm playing a game. Other than that it's not very useful unless you can fold it.

I purchased for 9yr old son. This laptop offers touch screen and is extremely user friendly especially for kids that are used to using ipads/tablets.

I needed a new laptop to replace my old Vista one that is on its last legs trying to keep up with more advanced programs and even websites today. I primarily use this laptop to do research, surf the web, do email, etc. while watching tv at night. So I didn't need something too powerful for that task and this PC has not let me down. I refused to upgrade to MS10 on my other machine I use for personal work items so this Dell laptop also introduced me to Microsoft 10 which is not bad. Glad I bought this computer. Works great for what I need it for.

Great price for the specs in this laptop. Touchscreen and very light overall. Perfect for someone doing college coursework. Highly recommend.

For the price, this laptop offers a great amount of features and speed. The touch screen is an added bonus and it works quite efficiently.

Nice laptop. This is my first touch screen and it saves plenty of time with scrolling and getting to points you want to be at on documents and so forth. If I had to choose a negative, I would say that it doesn't have a port for a regular computer monitor so I can't use the double screen. This isn't a deal breaker but would be nice. Joe

This computer has worked very well. The processor is fast enough to do web searches quickly. We are also happy with the touch screen.

This laptop has plenty of power, hard drive space and RAM for computing, as long as you are not doing graphic manipulation. Windows 10 takes some getting used to, but it is ok once you do. The only thing negative is the touch screen. It is very sensitive and not easy to touch the items you want, especially if you have big fingers.
