Bought this computer for my son for college and he is extremely happy with its ease and speed. I would highly recommend it for students.

Pretty easily to use laptop. I love the touch screen.

I was planning to replace a 8 year old laptop and knew I wanted a Dell. I started just "looking", planning to make the purchase later this year. But I found this computer at a GREAT price and went ahead and ordered it through Best Buy. It set up easily, and I was able to easily load the software I use. This is my first experience with Windows 10; took a bit to adjust to some changes (have been using Vista or 7), but do like the way it works. Not real fast, but works great for my purposes; not a gaming computer.

Easy to operate by using touch screen, resolution is good, better than other brand, if compare with the same price. I really like it.

This is a great machine to use for a variety of user levels. In other reviews that I read before purchase, there were claims of the machine locking up for no apparent reason. This is true. I found mine to be related to leaving the machine on, or in sleep mode when not in use, then trying to get back to what I was doing. This machine requires shutting down if you are not using it. Backups are easy to create no matter the methodology so this is not a problem. Enjoy this economically friendly device.

I bought this laptop as a mobile backup to my desktop. It's decent as a backup, but not nearly as fast as my desktop.

The computer is nice very useful but a little bit slow normal for its specs. but is a good computer and works great!

6 GB RAM and1TB are good specs for its price range.

Pretty good machine for a lower cost laptop. Sales person very informative and explained a lot to us. We are in the upper 60's and this was important to my husband and me. The laptop was for m husband because his blew up and because we are on a fixed income had to settle for a lower cost laptop, but it suites his needs.

The specs the hard the RAM the touch screen the quality and durability and the price .. that's what you need here on that laptop

For the price this laptop serves us well. Has enough power and useful features for web surfing and running Office products. Keyboard quality is low end. No caps lock or num lock indicator. Chassis is flimsy. We only use ours on a countertop, so it gets gentle use. Good battery life, display good, built in camera so-so

I'm just a regular computer user who got this computer to do the basics: internet browsing and streaming TV/movies. After owning this computer for about 2 months now, here's my feedback on the computer so far: Pros: The touch screen is nice and responsive, the picture is pretty good, and the battery life seems to be decent. Streaming TV/music is usually no problem. Cons: very slow to start up, and it's just a slow computer in general. Navigating the internet is slow, and I haven't even saved any items to this computer. Windows 10 is a pain, but that's not the computers fault. It was cheap so I got what I paid for. Overall, I would have rather spent the extra money for a computer that is not so slow.

The reviews for this laptop are positive, and from seeing the product it appears to be a relatively well made product and it is definitely a great price. I however am a Mac guy and I was not looking to spend "Apple" prices for a graduation gift and with that being said I cannot speak to performance out of the box.
