I'm not tech-savvy at all, but this has been a pleasure to set-up & use. I bought it for my home business, fits the bill a treat. Fast, easy, great graphics, good battery life, works well multi tasking, great memory & storage & it's good looking. Also has a dvd drive & touchscreen for when I need it. At the moment I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Bought the system last week during a memorial weekend sale. Perfect solution including decent 6mb memory, good storage 1tb , seventh gen Intel 3 processor, and a touch screen. Truly at the price i paid it was worth $200 more at least. Speed and screen were better then expected.

Easy to use. Has tons of memory. A real work horse. I love the touchscreen too! The price was very reasonable for someone on a fixed income. With the Best Buy Visa I had several payment options and was able to avoid paying interest. As always, great service.

This laptop was an excellent choice for my friend's small business endeavors as far as memory, processing, and affordability. Not the top of the line, but certainly a great deal and nothing to complain about in any regards.

Works great so far, this is going to be for my Mother in Law, it's going to another country, I had to change input and viewing language to Spanish. I have been running it and letting it update. Touch screen works well, the mouse pad is a little stiff, it may break in. For a regular Hard drive, this PC loads fairly fast, the 6gb of memory is good for average use. I was thinking of buying this same PC for myself, if you wait and look around for deals, you can buy a 240gb solid state drive for around $50 and upgrade the memory to 8gb. I'm on a 10 year old laptop now, I installed a SSD, it runs like a super computer now. I rather give up hard drive space for more speed, not many people will use 1TB of storage anyway. I like the Dell, I recommend giving it a try.

Bought this during a memorial day sale. The computer has many features not found in this price range. Touch screen, 6mb, Intel 7th gen processor, under 5 lbs, nice keyboard. Great deal and very satisfied.

This was the best equipped entry priced laptop for the money that I cold find after an exhaustive search online and in the stores. It has the biggest hard drive, most RAM, best processor speed, a DVD-RW optical drive, and even a touchscreen, all while being priced more like a Chromebook, and offering the full functionality of a laptop. My child runs a full PC version of her favorite game, Mindcraft, with no issues. The only drawback I found to this laptop is the inability to fold the screen completely back to make it like a tablet for movie viewing. Best Buy was running a Memorial Day special that priced this computer $100 cheaper than Amazon and Dell.com. It was even cheaper than the Dell gov't discount.

This is my first laptop so I just wanted something easy, affordable, and had some memory for my photos. I love this laptop! I also really like the touchscreen. Everything works well!

I purchased this laptop after having forgotten the power cord for my primary laptop during a trip. It is sufficiently fast enough to work with the ISP I have at a vacation home. It has plenty of storage for photos and the documents I need. The unit has a good screen size and is easily readable. The battery life is good as well. I stream movies and other videos from my cloud account with no problems.

Overall this is a good laptop for the money and runs fast. The graphics card is sufficient for watching online lectures and also Netflix. The only issue I found is sometime the WiFi card doesn't activate and I have to reboot the laptop, or run a troubleshooting program to reconnect the home WiFi. Laptop has plenty on hard drive memory and the touchscreen is nice to have since most people have smartphones, so there is no learning curve.

I was looking for a new laptop to replace my Toshiba and I chose this one because I had a Dell desktop in the past that lasted 10 years. This one has a beautiful 15.6 screen with an incredible picture. Also it has a touchscreen which I have always wanted and it's fast. It's a great laptop with a price to match. I am extremely pleased with my new laptop and I recommend this one to anyone who needs a laptop who doesn't want to spend an excessive amount of money for a laptop for mostly streaming movies and entertainment. I am not a serious gamer or need a laptop for business purposes so this model works perfectly for me.

Great laptop, easy to use, battery lasts long, nice picture and has may options, lightweight and perfect size screen.

It's a good computer for the money. I bought two one for my daughter and one for my dad. It seemed to take quite a while to get all the updates in it to get it set up even on cable internet. It has a really nice picture very big mouse pad, it is lightweight very easy to use. It is a good all-around computer. For the first three or four days that we had it it did not seem to be able to open Internet Explorer to run it we had to use Google Chrome. One of the computers when we took it out of the box to turn it on came up with an instant error message even before we turn on the power button which concerned me. The computer restarted itself because somehow it was on in the sealed box? Said computer seems to be working fine and I have had no issues with it other than like I said both of them seem to take a long time to put in updates. I would say these are a good all-around computer and that if you bought one you would probably be happy with it if you are going to use it for checking your email and maybe playing a few computer games online or something I personally would prefer an HP and in the future I would probably buy an HP over these two I think Dell could have done a better job.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this model. It has everything I was looking for at a price I could afford. It is easy to use, has good battery life and runs fast. My only complaint is the speaker volume. It is very low. I've tried adjusting it but can't get it any louder. Overall, this is a good value for the price.

I love this laptop. It has a great screen. It’s a great size and it fast. I love it. The touch screen is great too.

I bought this laptop to replace a previous Dell laptop. This one had 6 MB of Ram versus the previous 4MB and we liked the HD space. Not super fast out of the box which I thought was odd, but my wife likes the touch screen option and after a week or so it seems to be working well. Not the best, but certainly not the worst.

I came looking for a new computer. I don't need anything fancy. The Best Buy staff helped me find this computer after discussing my needs and my research. The computer has great memory and I enjoy the touch screen. It is not heavy and it has an appropriate monitor size. The keyboard feels different but I am getting used to it. Overall, it appears to be a great purchase.

The best laptop I have ever owned. This laptop helped me finish school on time. With my other laptop it was not possible. The battery life is amazing and the prossesing is super fast. Love it.

It suits my needs. Has lots of memory that my old PC doesn't. Its definitely faster.
