As a freelance bookkeeper my computer is my life. Time to upgrade and all I needed was something simple to run office and Quickbooks on. This does the job. Not for gamers or people that need uber fast processing, but for the price it was worth every penny to me.

Was in need of an upgrade and wanted a good laptop for blogging and web design. I found this in store and was intrigued. I’ve had it for a few months and I love it. The screen is large and it’s touch screen. The only con i have is the mouse can get tricky when attempting to right-click. That can be easily solved with the purchase of an external mouse. Overall if you need a new laptop this would be pretty good.

Love this laptop, it lightweight has 10key which I really love. And the touchscreen is amazing.

I bought this computer for my mom to replace an outdated Acer Laptop running Windows Vista. Needless to say this laptop have a dual core i3 processor is a significant improvement to her old laptop with a single core Intel Centrino. This Dell is by no means a top of the line gaming laptop but for they typical user, like my mom, who cruses the internet/email/ and only plays Facebook games, this laptop is perfect.

This unit has a nice 15" touch screen, unusual for a machine in the is price range. The Intel processor is quite fast enough for normal usage, and you will not run out of space with the 1TB drive (slower than an SSD, though.) Normal peripheral connections, but the CD/DVD writer is included, another rarity these days. RAM is enough, expandable if you remove one Module and replace. Drive and RAM upgrades are very simple with this model.

The computer was for my mother. It was a bit of a learning curve at first for her to use but she got the hang of it. It works well and is perfect for her needs. For primary email and web surfing a great laptop. The 10 keypad is very useful and convenient.

I like most things about the laptop. I am finding the touchpad/mouse a little sensitive. I will need to try and see if it can be adjusted in settings. I am a little old school and reluctant to use the touch screen much, but like the feature when I use it.

My husband who is 78 wanted his first computer. Nothing fancy, just something he could easily navigate, check email and Facebook and play games in. Also,start writing his life story to pass on to his kids and grandkids. The Dell we purchased was perfect for this. Also has some features that I love, touchscreen and calculator keys. Not a fan of key pad but a wireless mouse solved that problem for both of us.

Great laptop, and it is remarkable at such a low price. Lightweight, good battery life.

My laptop works great and the touchscreen is so much more convenient than using the cursor to scroll. Definitely great for playing games and watching Netflix on the go.

The computer works great for what my wife wanted. It loads quickly and has plenty of RAM memory for multitasking. She uses it to watch NetFlix, brouse the internet, create spredsheets and documents. Lots of storage space, for pictures and music, with the 1 TB hard drive. The full size keyboard was a plus thet her previous computer did not have. She has become acclimated to Windows 10 quickly.
