Does everything I need for the price. No complaints.

This is a great laptop for productivity. The body is light and has an excellent quality. One of a few laptops that I am able to change the hard drive easily without opening the entire assembly (Definite for easy DIY upgrades).

I never ever thought I would go to a laptop because I was always used to the tower etc. I guess I am what you call "old school". However, with that said, my son-in-law talked me into it and I am happy he did. I love the laptop. This is a Windows 10 and I was using a Windows 4, so you can see there were different things to learn, but this was easy to quickly learn.

Decent basic laptop with touchscreen. After a couple months, It failed the big Windows update. After hours of struggle and a Geek Squad trip (Couldn't help), I was able to revert back to previous Windows and all is well.

This laptop is a great everyday use computer. The touchscreen functionality is very convenient and Windows 10 is fairly simple to navigate. If you are looking for ability to use this in a docking station, it does not have the connections of a Latitude model. Overall, if you're not interested in spending a lot of money, this is a great mid-level laptop to have.

I bought this laptop to do basic MS Office processing. It does not disappoint. Did not want all the high end graphics cards and sound boards. It's a reliable and straight forward computer. Definitely meets my needs.

Everything looked fine until the computer began shutting down on its own randomly. Not a happy camper. Apparently it has a OS glitch. Try to bring it back but BB told us that we would have to call the manufacturer and try to fix the glitch remotely with their techs.

I am satisfied with the preformance and the price was exceptional.

No complaints, so far. Does what it's supposed to. Fast enough for general home use and light enough to take with us on trips. It also has more than enough memory for day-to-day home use and a camera for Skype calls.

There is room for lots of ebooks, a ton of email, thousands of documents, and for the occasional desktop games I play. As a beta reader for authors, I need a lot of room for research items, documents from editing, etc. This laptop is the right size and technical level for all of those. Its terabyte memory gives me plenty of time and room for expansion.

Short on cash, and needed some internet, went with these computers of the house and gave one to my mom for mothers day, seems to work well, and the battery actually stays charged on this one! Not a bad price either.

I am very comfortable with my purchase - as well as the protection plan - Staff was also very helpful in the Findlay, OH location...My peers were surprised to see a laptop model like this one with a touch screen...

Its been an year now and i havent seen any issues with this laptop, Good speed and worth it for money. I gave this to my sister since I got another one this thanksgiving. But still works like butter smooth

I have had this computer for about a month now. It is getting easier to work as time goes on. I Wasn't used to all the programs. I have had no problems with it. It is fast but that may just be my internet speed.

For a low cost computer I am pleased with the features I have. If you don't have much money to spend this is fairly powerful and has a dvd drive and works well

I’m not that tech savvy, so this works great for me. I can keep up with friends and family and connect my speakers for my music.
