This is a grat laptop, it is fast and easy to use.

This laptop runs pretty smooth. It has the 7th gen i3 in it and is perfect for more simple stuff and older gaming. The assembly seems a little sub par but it does have a good weight to it

We use it for home internet and it performs just fine. No issues with any wireless connections and the touch-screen has been flawless. I liked well enough to recommend it to a co-worker.

Purchased for my daughter to replace her failed Asus machine. Have had no issues. She's a gamer and a downloader so performance and reliability are tantamount to her satisfaction.

It is lightweight and compact. Does everything I need it for. I held on to my last laptop till it was on life support as I hate having to set everything up again. I used a flashdrive to back up my info and was amazed at how easily the set up went.

It did what's required of it but the touchscreen isn't as responsive as it could be. That's not a dealbreaker as I bought a laptop not a tablet. Software is good and I love the storage.

This laptop was purchased for my son for some online courses he had. It works great for that purpose and for all other basic computer needs. Great product for the price we paid for it.

Just needed a basic home laptop and this one does more than enough for me and my family.

I like this laptop, its a simple set up, not hard at all to maneuver through (helps that Dell provides a help guide). If you are a basic computer user than I would recommend this laptop. Its touch screen comes in handy when you want to interact without a mouse or keyboard, though it does not fold backwards (do so and you"ll break it for sure. I have only encountered one problem with this and that is when I had an update from windows then the computer read " operating system loader signature not found in SecureBoot database. All bootable devices failed Secure Boot verification." this had to be manually enter for windows to recognize it.

I've had this laptop for about 3 months and it does everything I need it to. I'm a light user; emails, word docs, Google docs, etc. It's a good laptop for students and for work.

Since I bought this, I have NOT been as impressed as the reviews and the salesman stated. Not as fast loading. When playing video links, the words are 2-3 seconds behind the actual video. When using Juno mail service, takes a rather long time to open and read an email due to slow and continuous loading of advertising. When on Facebook, if I click on a video or music link, it goes to the link BUT cannot continue to view FB at same time. (So much for multi-tasking as salesman stated!!!) When playing music on YouTube, If I have to adjust the volume, the whole video stops and sometimes won't continue after I click out of volume adjustment.

Wanted a simple laptop so I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised, got more than expected. A tad slow but much better performance than one would expect for the price.

The laptop was a gift for a grandson graduating to high school from middle school. For the price it appears to be very good; hopefully it will be a useful tool for high school.

I'm in school and I really like this computer. The touchpad got hung up one night but nothing I could not fix...the wide screen is great but it's heavy...but overall runs great

Brought this as a birthday present for my mom. I would say it's good for everyday use. May not be the best if your looking to store a lot of Files but great for surfing the web. The screen size is great for those that like a big screen over a compact computer. Touch screen is a great edition as well.

I purchased this laptop for my 11 year old son for his birthday. He needed something that would allow him to play his online games like Roblox without lag. This machine did the trick at a decent price. We tried the Lenovo 2gb, but it had lag, so we returned it and purchased this dell. No complaints.
