Pretty good laptop for the price. Screen is a nice size. Takes a little getting used to because I didn't have windows 10 on my last laptop. Good processing speed as well. My only complaint would be that the cover retains oil. Like from my hands. It doesn't wipe off so you can see where I hold it at.

Despite it currently in repair shop for faulty part i really like the unit. I am not a pro by any stretch of imagination but unit is great learning tool and a pleasure to use.

Seems like this is a fast little computer for what I need. Not real sure I like Windows 10 yet, I was using Windows 7 before and like the setup and ease of navigating better.

Decent laptop.! Bought it during Thanksgiving. Bit heavy, but works great. Still working fine after 4 years.

Bought as an open box item so price was pretty good. Seems to work well for what my wife uses it for...typical home use as well as a little bit for her side business.

Very capable machine. Touch screen nicely big and crystal clear. Startup and operation fairly fast. Would be 5-star except no keyboard backlight or number lock light.

Ample storage and features for what I use my personal laptop for (browsing, photos, music). Windows 10 is a little too busy for my liking with all the ads and apps.

Initial boot seems to take an age, but then works fine on my spreadsheets and internet access. I can't say how it would handle heavy tasks like gaming. Fit and finish are decent. Nice having the disc drive.

We purchased this laptop for our daughter to take off to college with her. It has all the necessary features and she loves the touch screen. So far it has run seamlessly. A good value for the price if you are looking for an affordable laptop without too many bells and whistles.

I spent quite a bit of time online looking at various laptops for my daughter. I finally found a couple I thought would meet her needs well, and was happy to find one at Best Buy. I didn't want to wait for one to be shipped. The site said there was one at the local store. When I went in, they didn't have any new ones, but had an open box one that had been certified and was complete. The guy helping made sure everything was alright and took care of my antivirus and Microsoft Office needs as well. He was great to work with. The Geek Squad package I bought was well priced, and the first thing they did was go through and remove bloatware for me and make sure everything worked great. They were done early the next day. I had come in just a few minutes before closing the first day, so they only had a couple hours to work on it factoring in when they were open for business. All in all everything went great and the laptop was just what she needed.

Touchscreen is very easy to use,kinda confusing to get apps and other programs started but well worth the trouble

At first I was intimidated, then I realized that it was just like my Dell computer at work. Now that i have a better understanding of it, its so easy to use.

This is my first touch screen laptop, and I must admit that it is working quite well for me. Pretty fast (as I play a lot of games also), and amazing space to be able to be able to store all my pictures, games, and music. Very happy with my purchase, and for such a good price.

I appreciate the memory. I was surprised with the DVDRW drive. I would like to have known I need at least a 16GB USB Flash Drive to create a recovery backup.

Besides windows 10 being whack, this computer does everything I need. Also the touch screen is wonderful for my little girl to do her activities for school.

My wife needed a new laptop. This computer has the numbers and a touch screen. The touch screen is very handy for a computer challenged Senior adult

got this for my husband to replace a tablet he has used for years. needless to say, the screen is far larger, plus he can now use touch screen w/o a stylus and th wifi connection is considerably faster. his chief enjoyment is the dragon software we bought and installed.

For some reason, I just can't get used to they keyboard. It feels oddly off-set. I do like that it has a large screen and that it starts up very quickly.

I bought 2 of these one for my wife and one for my daughter to do there work on. They both love it,it is a great tool to have for collage. Or high school
