This laptop is actually faster than the Lenovo with I5 and 8GB RAM that I purchased months earlier. Doesn't make sense, but it even boots faster. Overall, great laptop for an exceptional price!

My Dell Inspiron was a spur of the moment buy because the price was right and I needed a new laptop. It had everything that I needed in a computer and more!! The customer service at the Best Buy in Hiram was superb!!! I will continue to shop there!

I surprised my girl with this on Mother's Day. She had a Gateway laptop that was a piece of garbage. That PC was so bad, it kept doing updates for no reason and she could not log into her work website or internet. Thankfully this Dell works well.

This was the cheapest laptop I could find. It works reasonably well. I've had it for a couple weeks. It freezes up every once in a while.

Big screen, which is also a touch screen. Only concern is that it takes a little bit of getting used to the sensitivity of the mouse pad.

easy to set up. surprised to find out it had a touchscreen; that worked nice. Use for bookkeeping and databases so it is fine for me.

computer ran fast and was very pleased until I installed Trend Micro...now takes 20 minutes or so to be able to get on the internet
