Dell never disappoints . Easy initial setup. Once the updates catch up.. it's smooth sailing. Battery life is perfect for personal use. I'm in love with the tablet functionality since the touch pad can be tricky to use. Highly recommended

I bought this one for my son and he loves it. It's much faster than his HP that died. Files download much quickly, OS is much more responsive, and gaming is really great on it. Pre-installed memory is great and he love the terabyte HD.

Though this laptop is easy to use, the processing speed is a little slower than I expected. Still, it's a good dependable laptop.

I bought this laptop for my grandson for his 1st year of college. He seemed to like it and said that it looked like it would be good for all his college work. He especially liked the touch screen and the draw on the screen features.

Igot the computer for my daughter because she likes to do her art programs. Also Minecraft, which hasn't had one little hiccup, like her last laptop did. It's also going to be great for the school year up ahead, I can already tell!

This computer has worked well so far. It is a bit slow but for the price and for what I need, it is good. Seems fairly solid.

It was never created to be a gaming laptop, but it at best its for basic school, office, home, and email purposes. It plays videos fairly well on FaceBook, Youtube, and Twitter, so if you like those sites this laptop can good. If you play the games on those sites you going to need a laptop with alittle more juice, just saying so you won't get short changed. It plays most of them well, but like I had said it is not a gaming laptop so there are some issues of course. But overall worth the price.

My wife uses this laptop in bed. Is a little bit heavy, but has a bright screen and is easy to use. A good buy for the price.

I needed a new unit to replace my 15year old Notepad. The 6gb mem gives me more than I need for banking, paying bills and I-net shopping. Gaming is not a requirement of mine. The staff was very helpful both times I went shopping.

This laptop is perfect for the person that uses a smart phone regularly, but still wants to work on a computer. The touch screen and the way it is set up makes it feel like a big smart phone with the Google OS. I love using it.
