My mom (86 years) purchased, after many weeks of research. She was looking for an affordable laptop, lightweight and touch screen. So far, she is using it well, except for the touch screen feature. Sometimes she hits a link online in error, and various pop-ups etc link her to other web pages. I just ordered a mouse, which I think will solve that problem. Otherwise, she is happy with it!

Always had laptops in the but never my own. As I now needed one for work but my budget was limited to $350, I did much research, even considered a used laptop. The results were bleak to say the least. Staples and Office Depot were ridiculously expensive for meager, less quality. On a whim I decided to stop into BB...... and I'm so glad I did. I was going to buy a similar but smaller and less GB laptop but I inquired about open box and found this Beaut!!! After sale and discounts a $450 device was just over $250 for a practically brand new laptop. Not to mention its Dell with 2GB's more than new ones on display. The Windows 10 Pro download for $99 for all PC purchases at BB, which I needed for work was the icing on the cake. Elsewhere it would cost over $200. All told, only over budget less than $30. It's been almost 2 months and I'm completely satisfied. Thanks Best Buy!!!!

I've been using it for a couple months and it's been solid. It's quick. The touch screen is nice when I want to look something simple up and have it on screen. It can handle 16gb RAM so I recommend upgrading and dropping in an SSD for best performance.

Good laptop for the price. It has the removable access panel on the bottom to swap out the hard drive and RAM. A lot of inexpensive ones do not have that anymore. This is good for swapping out the spinning drive with an SSD for increased performance.

Great bargain! This laptop has a touch screen, 7th generation Intel processor, 1 TB hard drive, great display, etc. There's a lot to like including the price. The external hard drive is easy to use and reliable with 2 TB capacity. We are very happy.

The price on this thing is amazing for everything you're getting! 1 TB storage, 6GB Ram, 2.4 GHZ i3! (That's fast for less than $500) I would absolutely recommend this laptop for basic to mid level home or home office use. Note: this is not a good choice if you need an everyday work laptop, or if you do more than a 5-6 hours of work online everyday.

Good pc for the price, good memory, size hard drive and touch scrren for only $329.

This is an excellent laptop with a speedy Intel i3 Processor. It comes with 6 GB of memory which is very much needed for running multiple programs simultaneously and also for the needs of Windows 10. I would recommend this Dell Laptop for those in the market. The screen is very vivid and is a good size for traveling or for general work.

This laptop is decent quality for the price. It has a terabyte drive, DVD reader/burner, fast processor, 6 Gb Ram upgradeable to 8, USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 and HDMI. All for $300. It also has a touchscreen. Only downside, only Window 10 Home.

This computer was a bargain!!!! It is touch screen, with a 1TB hard drive. Hard pressed to find another computer at this price and with these features.

The laptop performs as expected and is the second one I have purchased. Touch screen is responsive and is an added bonus on this value laptop. Good for a college student or someone not requiring a high performance pc.

very nice computer east to use and very good price

If you're used to beefy desktops or high end laptops this product will seem sluggish, but it is plenty capable for the low price. It can also be easily upgraded with the ram and hard disk accessible via a few screws. The screen is nice, and the keyboard is fine, but the touch pad seems slightly awkward.... I'm not a regular laptop user so it might be just me. The only complaints are the bloatware, and flimsy feeling lid. Lack of more accurate, detailed information about the hardware is a problem across the board with pre-built computers so I cannot fault this product for that. Advanced buyers want to know much more information than just size of hard drives, memory, etc. Size isn't everything as they say.

Actually I am a preacher of the gospel and I purchase this for another preacher who goes overseas to the Philippines on a regular basis. He preached the gospel meeting for us and I noticed his laptop was falling apart literally and so I purchased this for him. That was months ago and I have heard from him and this little laptop is going along way and it takes a lot of abuse and it's still ticking. I would definitely purchase one of these for myself should I need another laptop very happy.

Daughter turned 13 and wanted a computer. This computer has touch screen and is very easy to use. She uses for school work, watching Netflix, and social media. Product is durable and light weight.

We’ve had the laptop for over a couple of years. Overall it has continued to function well. We’ve noticed minimal glitches and the memory and storage has been adequate for our needs. The plastic casing feels a little cheap and the front edge is not very finished so it is somewhat uncomfortable if wrists are resting on the front. Although we like the 10-key, we would probably forgo on our next laptop and have slightly smaller size. Would definitely recommend this computer.

I love it! Its a great laptop, its easy to use, its not so heavy and its perfect to do my school work.

The price was perfect for a home computer, it is definetly worth the money spent. Love the touch screen. Able to open several applications at once and still enjoy the speed.
