It's seems to run a bit sluggish but hopefully a ram upgrade will solve that (currently at 8GB but can upgrade to 16GB) The construction of the laptop seems a bit cheap. I've owned cheaper models that seem more sturdy. I hate how the power supply connection is on the side and not the back. The mouse touchpad is too big and kind of annoying.

My husband and I helped him out so he could get a computer and learn more about it this summer. So far no complaints.

It has all the features I need, and more I'm still learning to use. I love my Dell
