The computer was a great dealr. This is my first experience with this latest iteration of Windows, however. As usual, there are bugs. The most immediately annoying one was when the family was interested in familiarizing ourselves with cortana, only to find out that windows does not recognize the microphone -and that this is a known issue; yet it persists. Also, the initial set up after first power up amounted to spending hours in a download, install, reboot loop. We finally just walked away and came back every once in a while to check the progress. Id also like to turn off the password screen, yet when i choose this option in settings, those changes never take effect at the next reboot. So, in summary? Great hardware at a great bargain. Dell makes nice machines. But there was a reason I never upgraded my old laptop to this new Windows. And even with an altogether new laptop instead of an upgrade, as expected, we got the vintage windows experience. Im not a hater, believe it or not. After around 25 years of Windows experience, its just frustrating when you make a joke of expecting bugs like that and then they happen. I mean....didnt microsoft invest a fair amount of effort to make Cortana an integral part of the new windows "experience"?

This is not a high end device, but for everyday use it performs well and is relatively easy to use.

I was soooo happy when I bought my laptop. Got home and powered it up. It works lovely can watch all my Netflix and Hulu and Facebook. I love the windows 10. I even bought another one for my Dad.

I haven't had any problems with my computer. It has a touch screen which I really like! Great price!

This was a great open box find. I appreciate the suggestion that the drive on the old Toshiba could act as an external drive. The Toshia has a major design flaw that the warranty did not cover.

I really like this laptop. My previous computer did not have a touch screen. This one does and I am quite happy with it. I am an artist and it is a welcome thing to be able to draw on the screen.

Bought this laptop on sale. Not the fastest/ gaming laptop but a good value for the price I paid.

My wife loves her laptop. She is “technology challenged” but this laptop is user friendly and does everything she needs and more. So now she spends more time with it than me.

The staff was very helpful. Extra info was provided re: the function of the laptop. Dell has always been a fave of ours but getting this laptop with a good price, memory and function was a plus!

I needed a good bacic laptop to replace my old computer which I use primarily for the internet, e-mails, and word processing. This new one does the job satisfactorily and for a reasonable price.

It works well, is easy enough to set up. It is not a high end product, but for general use is good.

The ideal computer for surfing the net without expending a lot of $$$$$. Just right for the money.

Easy to use. I like that i can either touch the screen or type or use the mouse at any given time.

Still getting used to it as I haven't had much time to use it. Had a Dell laptop before, this one has touch screen and numbers pad on keyboard the other didn't have. So far, it's working well.

This replaced another similar Dell computer. For the use I have, it works fine and is faster than the old one.

This computer has been okay for the price. Nothing fancy and not overly impressed. But there is nothing particularly wrong with it.
