I was planning to replace a 8 year old laptop and knew I wanted a Dell. I started just "looking", planning to make the purchase later this year. But I found this computer at a GREAT price and went ahead and ordered it through Best Buy. It set up easily, and I was able to easily load the software I use. This is my first experience with Windows 10; took a bit to adjust to some changes (have been using Vista or 7), but do like the way it works. Not real fast, but works great for my purposes; not a gaming computer.

LOVE IT!!! also found a great deal on an open Box sale! And you can't beat that~ Touch screen = BONUS!!! Extremely Satisfied!

I’m not that tech savvy, so this works great for me. I can keep up with friends and family and connect my speakers for my music.

I was looking for a decent computer that would have enough memory for my college student. This was a great deal, couldn't be happier.

This is an excellent laptop - especially for the price! The touch screen makes it very easy to transition from your phone or tablet.

All in all this is a great laptop that is light and full of usefull features for a personal computer.... the only negative I have is the design of the touchpad/buttons where they overlap. When clicking a button you can slide the cursor at the same time and actually change the selection! Don't like that but all else is good!

Easy to operate by using touch screen, resolution is good, better than other brand, if compare with the same price. I really like it.

I love it. It's great for normal use. i use netflix on there and mainly for MS Office. I paid about $500 for it and it was worth it!!

The laptop is fast and easy to navigate with the pad or your touch on the screen. Also impressed with how fast the laptop boots up.

An inexpensive laptop that elsewhere was sold for a higher price. Honestly a little slow in my opinion and McAfee antivirus could be offered for an entire year instead of a simple trial, but what can I say : " A bargain deal that works out pretty well !? :-) "

My son likes it so much because it is touch screen.
