This laptop is touchscreen and works great for my new comic shop. Has great speed and is excellent.

I am not a computer person. Just need a laptop for research and word processing while at the library. Wasn't looking for touch screen but it is a nice feature for the price. I got the laptop for $349.99 then within 15 days it went on sale again to $299.99. I brought my receipt to Best Buy and they quickly refunded me the difference. The tracking/mouse pad is a bit sensitive at times. The laptop is a little slow but I think that there are extra things running in the background that I don't know how to turn off. Overall I really like this laptop. It's easy to use and was a great price. I would recommend this laptop!

for the price it has a lot of great features...touch screen, 1Tb hard drive, etc. Battery life is good, CPU speed is slow, but for what I use it for, its sufficient.

This laptop is great. The 7th gen i3 is fast enough for all of my purposes and I love the touch-screen. The build-in camera and number pad on the keyboard are also nice features. I did a lot of research before I purchased this computer and it is by far the best value that I found.

DELL is and has been a household brand for a long time. This laptop has a sleek design and works well with what I need it for. You can add an additional 2GB of RAM if needed. 1TB of storage is fantastic and the 7th Gen CORE i3 chip is plenty fast to run multiple applications.

Good computer for the price has lots of storage it is lightweight not a bother to carry around keyboard is easy sound is very good and clarity is very very good

This is a perfect excellent laptop especially for the price under $400 with 1TB hard drive, 6GB RAM, i5 processor and touch screen. I use this for video editing and its perfect. A must buy!

This laptop is quick & user friendly. It has everything I wanted, a large touch screen, good picture resolution, good sound & a cd rom.

I was on the market for a new laptop, primarily to use for school (college). I will be using it to write papers, internet, etc. I was going to hold out to purchase a macbook, but honestly I don't need all the fancy bells and whistles that come with the macbook. I also didn't need social validation that comes with owning an apple product. The price was great, it does what I need it to do, and I LOVE Window's 10. Also, I play Sim City 4, and it runs really well on this laptop.

this is a great computer. touchscreen, intel processor, 6 gb memory, 1 tb hard drive, dvd drive for $300. haven't had any problems. been using dell computers for 20 years. for reliability and value, they can't be beat.

I gifted this laptop to my sister and it's her first laptop. She has been loving it since the day she got. It's touch and that's what today's teenagers need. Processor and memory is quite good and found at best price!

Just enough bells & whistles for such an inexpensive bundle. Touch screen is responsive, keyboard & mouse are strongly tactile [which I don't find pleasant but others prefer]. I don't like having to press the mouse pad so hard for clicking &dragging. I'm not a heavy gamer, I mostly play The Sims games, and I'll see 2 or 3 hours of gameplay before I start seeing low battery notifications. I'm pleased with the battery life, but heavier gamers may find this lackluster.

This is my first laptop. I generally use a desktop. The function and speed has been great. I love the touchscreen and the full keyboard. This is used for a small business and has been a good choice for a low price.

I bought this computer for my father in law, it is easy to use and as a basic computer is a great computer for the price. I didn't add office suite which you have to pay extra for a year or pay a price for a total one time price as my father in law is 90 and didnt really need it. It is lightweight, great screen size for viewing. The touch screen is sensitive even set to slow and harder touch but adding an external wired or wireless mouse will over come this issue if you find the pad picks up your hand and wrist movements when you don't want it to. You can do functions by touch screen, tablet mouse pad, external mouse (not included) or a combination. Great value for the price.

I was looking for a laptop that would not break the bank to replace my 13-year old desktop. I picked this up a few weeks ago on sale and have been pleased so far with the performance. I am adjusting to the touchscreen and Windows 10; it takes a bit of time to get fully used to it, but I like it so far. I intend to connect my 20" digital monitor to it so that I can extend my desktop to accommodate when I need to remote in to work.
