Got this one for $300, Loving it so far. Good Touch screen, good speed and love the Terabyte.

Was looking for a replacement for an XP laptop which was old and slow. Was pleased with the price and fast performance of the Dell which had lots of memory and a large hard drive.

My previous laptop died out after 7 years and I was hesitant to buy a new one, but am glad I did. I really like the Dell Inspiron, touch screen and all. There were a few kinks in installing the basics (anti-virus, MS Office, etc.), but I think that is more due to compatibility with Windows 10 than the laptop itself. If you are looking for a great pc that does not overheat, has a great battery life, and has pretty good sound and video quality, then I say definitely go for this one. I am pretty happy with it so far, but there is an odd coloration change when I plug my laptop in to charge. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

We bought this Dell laptop on sale as we needed to replace a very old Toshiba. We knew almost anything new would be a world of difference from the old laptop and it wasn't the high end model so we didn't have unrealistic expectations. We use it for work and school and has done really great. The touchscreen is convenient and it's a good size monitor. Like how Windows 10 has start menu and more user friendly. If you want backlit keyboard, 2 in 1, or running a lot of programs at once, this is not the laptop for you. But if you need an inexpensive option for basic stuff or something for your student, we recommend this laptop.

i've had this computer for about 6 months and have not had any problems with the computer, issues i've had are occassionly i'll get a message that i'm using an incorrect power adapter. ( I'm using the one that was supplied with the computer) My feeling is the screen has a very poor viewing angle. I purchased this computer because it had a touch screen and to date i've probably only used it 5% of the time. there are no issues with it, i find using a mouse is better

Bought this on sale (under $350 for general personal use.. It's every bit as quick as the Hp I7 it replaced. Plenty of storage and memory. Please note: I am Not a gamer.

I went looking to upgrade from. my older laptop I purchased at Best Buy a few years ago when I found this laptop from dell On display I looked at the features and noticed this was a touchscreen and priced close to my old dell laptop so I bought it and I have be pleased with my purchase a great laptop with lot of Same features as the more expensive laptops at a inexpensive price .

This is really a loaded Dell for a very reasonable price. Fast processor, a solid amount of RAM and a large 1 TB hard drive. A great value overall! Very satisfied.

This was my first ever laptop that was touch screen and I love it. The speed of this laptop is top notch and everything I do is really fast. The only con I would say is that the battery life is not the best. It last probably only a good 2 1/2 hours fully charged on normal mode. Other then that it is pretty much perfect and for the price I do not think anything beats it.

This is a great laptop and a great price I haven't had a single problem with it so far. Good speed and lots of memory. And my son loves the touch screen on it.

I am a MAC guy that needed a basic Windows laptop to support some other users. I bought this unit off the refirb shelf. It looks like new. Not the fastest system but perfect for my needs with plenty of memory and 1T storage. MS Office runs great. I would not hesitate to go the refirb route again to save some considerable money. Don't be shy about bargaining.

I love the touch screen for myself and my children however recently it has been freezing up a lot. And my son has the same for himself he doesn't like using it saying it's too slow. Internet isn't the issue it's been everywhere to test out if the same thing happens with other variations of internet. It's okay I'll say that for the price. I bought two.

This laptop was perfect gift to someone that just need it for send and receive emails, navigate in internet and do basic operations.

This computer is pretty much a basic machine. There isnt anything wrong with that. It comes with a larger hard drive. large touch screen and has a decent Ram. This is a great gift for someone that is just going to surf the internet, write documents, listen to music and watch videos.

I got this laptop with a great discount deal ($70 off). I love how handy the laptop is because it is a touch screen laptop. However I don't use the touch screen as often as I did when I first started using it. It's great for surfing the web and playing games from web browsers. It has great graphics and a lot of space for storage and downloads.

I purchased this laptop so I'd better be able to work at home, as many of our programs and online access to our database didn't work well with my Macbook Air. There's also a ton of memory, which is great. I would say it's not as fast as I expected, but still does the job! I also love having a touch screen. All in all, a good product.

I purchased this laptop for my son who is now in college. He states it works great for viewing online books, doing homework online and everything else a college student needs in a laptop. This is a great value for your money!

I BOUGHT IT FOR MY WIFE AND SHE LOVES IT. THE TOUCH SCREEN IS HER FAVORITE PART. IT'S JUST ENOUGH SPEED AND ENOUGH SPACE FOR HER USAGE.
