I swore I'd never buy another Dell product, because their customer service is terrible, but the actual products are great! This is my second Dell....I had the last one for 10 years.

The price was a bit over my budget but it was worth it!! I've had it for over two years now and it's had very few minor problems (if something falls on the little mousepad, the entire screen stops working) but nothing too major! I love it.
