Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this after my old laptop went nuts and stopped working from half the screen down, and I had to rush to find a new one. The price was a bit over my budget but it was worth it!! I've had it for over two years now and it's had very few minor problems (if something falls on the little mousepad, the entire screen stops working) but nothing too major! I love it.

I swore I'd never buy another Dell product, because their customer service is terrible, but the actual products are great! This is my second Dell....I had the last one for 10 years.

The store personnel helped us by explaining the differences between several models. The computer screen has excellent clarity and all the features suit our needs.
