I bought three of these units for a project at church. I am happy with their performance for the price. I was surprised that they included a touchscreen at that price point. They are being used to record and process audio during services. For a basic user, (internet browser and social media) this device will be all you need.

I had to actually contact Dell and they replaced the laptop. the one I got from the store was full of problems and kept getting a blue screen and it would shut off. Despite best efforts by the Dell techs, they were unable to fix it. Dell replaced it with a brand new one and that one has been trmendous. The new laptop has been great. I hope the problems with the one I had before was a fluke.

I highly recommend this laptop especially for beginners . It's easy to navigate and the speed is decent and the price is great !

Bought for our 15 yr old son to use in the summer when he doesn't have his school laptop that easily costs $1500.00. We were worried it wouldn't be able to do all of the things the school laptop did. He loves it! He does all kinds of gaming, video editing and loves that it's a touch screen like the one from school. If there were any issues with performance, we would have heard about it, He's been using it non-stop for over 2 weeks and is always telling us how great it is and how much he loves it!

This computer is amazing. Has a 1 TB of memory, touch screen, and i3 processor. Plus, the price was economical! Great buy!!

Went in looking for the best bang for the buck to fulfil mine and my kids needs. This is perfect for just that. The speed is perfect for main streaming movies and the rest of what we do. There is no huge gaming going on with it but what games my kids do play on it, it works great. Love the touch screen option!

Bought for laptop that I could use in my shop and car and not worry about damage. For the price this is a good laptop and does everything I need it to do. I would also recommend this laptop for school and travel. It works great without the high cost so you're not as worried about it getting stolen or dropped.

We were reluctant to get a Windows 10 laptop because there are a few things we don't like about it, but we love this laptop! I didn't know if I would like the touch screen feature, but it's wonderful because you can also use the mouse, but remember that every time you touch the screen, it will probably move something on your screen. Very simple to set up also. This laptop has truly been a blessing and we will probably purchase another one as soon as possible, as the Lord provides.

I bought this laptop for my husband to replace an older laptop. It is has performed well and boots up and shuts down quickly. The touchscreen is a great addition, particularly when scrolling. Good size hard drive and powerful processor. I've never been unhappy with a Dell. Overall, a great laptop!

My wife purchased this for Father's Day for me. My old computer gave up on me and she saw it coming. I like the touchscreen, which she had on hers after initially thinking I wouldn't. The difference in speed is huge and I'm happy.

I really like this laptop for a college student. It is a bit huge and heavy but gets the job done. The one thing I do not like is the mouse. It does not always work efficiently or effectively. I purchased a wireless mouse so much better. For the features its a pretty good computer for the price. I do not use it much because I have a Mac and wanted a Windows for Microsoft publishers and a few other things Mac does not have. Mostly use tablet as well so good deal.

I purchased this laptop for general household use, but mostly for the children to do their online hw assignments and basic gaming. The computer has worked perfectly. It loads webpages and boots up with lightening speed. The touchscreen is a great extra item. Haven't really used it yet for any ram-intensive tasks but I see no reason why it would rise to occasion. Love it! My only (minor) complaint is that I wish that the keyboard's keys felt a little more sturdy.

I like this simple notebook, 6gb ram is enough for me, with 1T hd to store videos, but touch screen is GREAT!

Easy to set up and the prompts lead you through how to get it going. It is lightweight, and the size is optimal. This is a great laptop for someone who is looking for an inexpensive laptop!
