My only complaint with this computer is that the mouse pad is a little large. I continue to hit the pad, throws me to different screens. It is very annoying! It is otherwise a good lap top.

A 15.6" touch screen, 6GB memory and 1TB hard drive for less than $350 provides good value but there are trade offs. The keyboard flexes, the case is all plastic and there are no power or drive activity lights. The screen resolution is only1366x768 and is not IPS. The touchpad seems oversensitive as it often registers a click when I'm only trying to move the cursor. This is my first Windows 10 machine so I'm also fighting the O/S a bit which compounds some of the shortcomings. In short, good value for the money but definitely with compromises.

The computer has worked well. only real problem is adjusting to the larger keyboard and sensitivity of the built in mouse. Still adjusting to Windows 10 and dislike Google more than ever.

The Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Black was recommended by the Best Buy agent for the general uses I have and this was good advice. It has all the features I need as well as good speaker controls, well labeled keyboard, excellent screen clarity and color.

Great computer for 350 dollars. If you are looking for a pc that not break your bank you can't go wrong with these. The only item to improve is the battery that not last more than 3 owers

This is a great laptop for the price. we purchased this laptop for my daughter and it has been very good. we would like if booted up faster. the touch screen is very helpful.

This computer is good for basic needs. Surfing the internet, word processing, social media. For streaming, not so much. It is not quick processing but it gets the job done.

We've only had it a couple weeks but so far everything is working well. Not used to Windows 10 but should be used to it soon. Also, got a great price during a Memorial Day sale!

I like the laptop. Keyboard is a bit unresponsive, but not a deal breaker. Plenty of everything I need. Was worried about the plastic casing, but it has held up just fine so far.

i bought it for 300 dollars, and for this price it is a good product..dont expect much from this, just mailing and daily office use..

Good beginner laptop with sufficient size and power to perform most functions like internet, pictures, small business applications etc. Worth a look.

I had a Dell for years, it finally died and I needed a new one. I was not in the market for a touchscreen, but so far it seems to do just fine. I need to get use to a touch screen computer!

Not happy with kaspersky, I took it to geek squa for my free evaluation set up, it was a joke, they did nothing, still have issues with Kaspersky, & it has been reinstalled.

This would be given a 5 start but I am not a fan of all the Dell extra items that is installed on these and they never seem to be easy to get rid of.

I love this computer but the only downside is it is a little heavy for my taste. I like the dual screens and extra features that I have yet to explore. So excited!

Needed a cheap laptop for work only, not thrilled about the plastic housing but this is for work only and it works for that.

Being mostly computer illiterate, this computer is a little much for me. Fortunately it has a lot of "helps" so I can feel my way around, without too much trouble.
