I am happy with this computer. I only use it for the basic functions, not gaming. It is slow when starting up...but that is really the only fault I can find so far.

My wife has this same laptop so I got it for my daughter. It works very well for school work and other multimedia entertainment. Got it on sale which is also great.

My son is off to college. After he reviewed several computers, he chose this one. He believes it will last him the entire four years and is happy with his decision

I bought this item as an open item at first I was a little worried about it being damaged or mistreated but when i brought it home it had all the original packaging and the laptop was in superb condition so if you want to save a little bit of money Best Buy has some great open items

For a new computer with barely anything on it, runs really slow. Bought a 6GB for decent speed, but has been disappointed.

It's a good laptop. It's not very fast but it works well for my needs. I don't play games on it, all I do is get on the internet and watch videos. Picture is pretty good so I' m satisfied with my purchase. I admit I wanted to get a more expensive Lenovo but I'm glad I bought this.

So far this laptop has been doing its job. I'm not a techie nor do i use this system for serious work. However, if I had to I bet it would operate upto par!!

Touch screen very responsive Dosnt fold back so its not like a tablet but with 1 terabyte of memory u can do anything u want and the price is very reasonable

if you want to email, type, surf and you tube its perfect... Don't expect more

So first the laptop didn't come with a disk to download to the laptop. But it works just fine I can get what I need that I didn't get from the disc online.

I bought this as an additional production machine at work. Its fast and functional for the purposes we use it for. I got it on sale, so the price was great.

Great for the avg college student who doing research or using for media consumption. Don't expect for it to run well on heavily intensive work or work load

It's no Mac and if you are looking for light and slim, this is not it. But my boyfriend loves it because he's more in love with windows than Mac products.

I think this is a good computer for playing games and surfing the net. I wish it was easier to navigate my computer to figure out how to install flashdrive

All you need for basic computing. Maybe not gaming, but we don't use it for that. A little heavy, but it's a home unit, and heavy means solid built, which it is. For the price, especially on sale, to have a touch screen, great graphics, you cannot go wrong with this unit

Nice laptop for price and works great but I cannnnot for the life of me understand why Dell still makes the power cord stick straight out except maybe they want you to break it so they can charge you to fix it!!! Every laptop made for the last 5 years SHOULD have a 90 degree plug on the computer end so it lays close to the computer---it does not take a rocket scientist to comprehend but DELL has no clue and no answer as to why??? So I gave it a three for that reason

This laptop comes with very little software preloaded on to it which is really rare these days. Truely a blank slate that isn't slowed down by all that.

I had owned a Dell Latitude previously. The unit was on sale and surprisingly within my budget. I wanted a laptop that had both an optical drive and Wi-Fi. I plan to upgrade the unit with more Ram. The PLUS is that it's not a bloated laptop, just the basic Windows 10.
