I needed to purchase a laptop because Im returning to college for grad school this fall. It has all the features Im looking for in a laptop and then some. The screen has a good picture and the touch screen is awesome. I own a Dell Inspiron desktop computer that Ii purchased from Best Buy about 4 years ago. My desktop still continues to work well. I wanted a dell laptop. This laptop offers great features at a great price in comparison to the competition.

Promised the kids they would each get a laptop. So I had been watching for months for a good deal. They didn't need 1TB drive or touch screen, but this model came up and was only about $30 more than non touch screen and it had 6gb RAM. I bout 2 and each kid loves their laptop so far.

Since we purchased this computer, I have seen it on sale for even less. For an entry-level computer, you probably won't find a better bang for the buck when you include touch-screen, memory, processor, etc. We've purchased a couple of these for business and also one for personal use.

Great laptop. Great battery life, fast speed, comfortable keyboard and more storage than I will ever need.

This computer has been great. I love the touch screen. It has plenty of space, a nice keyboard and I like the function of the mouse pad. It has worked well in a small business setting.

I got this laptop for my wife because 1) she is a fan of Dell and 2) she wanted one that was not too expensive, reliable and suited her needs. This laptop was it and she loves it! Adequate speed for her needs and she loves the touch screen! Great value and reliable brand!

This has been a perfect laptop for my 10 year old. He uses it for school and fun( games).

I was looking at another brand but this one was on sale. I am glad I switched and bought this one. It has good wireless range, an easy to read screen and is fast enough for surfing, streaming, and using Office on. i did have to clean off a few apps I would never use, but that comes with just about every store bought computer. I would buy it again and i do recommend it to friends and family.

This is a nice entry level laptop with a touch screen. It's got an i3 processor, which is plenty for surfing the web, word processing, and spreadsheets. Definitely not a gaming PC, but plays FB games and simple game at a decent speed. Would get another one if I needed one.

Easy to use hooked up to wireless printer with no problems. Battery Life 3 or 4 hours

So this laptop is good fast boot up and shut down. it can run multiple programs but it will get laggy sometimes I noticed that. also it runs steam pretty good but I haven't tried it with high end games yet but so far basic games like CSGO runs perfect so I dont expect it to have the best graphics thats why I have a XBONE for that. the touch screen is good too. it helps to click on things faster but I dont use it a lot.

Was shopping at Best Buy and focused my attention on two laptop pc's separated by $20.00 dollars in price. The young sales assoc. did a great job of pointing out similarities and differences between the pc's. He convinced me the Dell 15.6 5000 series was best for what I wanted to do to replace my 10 year old laptop. The Dell works great, fast, easy to use, and the right price. Works fine with no problems. Highly recommend it!

Had this laptop for weeks now and no problem encountered. Bought this mostly for basic everyday needs and it has not failed. It loads up fast. A lot of memory for my pictures and videos. The touchscreen was nice, not needed, but something fascinating for the laptop.

This is my replaced laptop for the older Dell that I had been using for the last 10 years. This is very well equipped compared to my 10-year old laptop; still working until the power plug-in spot broken. Amazing dinosaur Dell laptop as all my friends laughing at it.

I will recommend it to my friends. It has value for money. Soft keys, touch screen.
