Not thrilled about the quality of keys/keyboard, but all else works as needed. Made of cheap material but serves it's purpose. The price was a selling point for me after comparison to other brands with similar specs.

It turned out the hard drive was bad.I eventually returned it and got another. The geek squad transfered all my info and programs to the new unit
