The touch screen is good and bad. It's good because it's easy and a nice feature. However if you're not used to it and do a lot of pointing or touching your screen, you'll get annoyed by the accidental clicks on random links or cells. The computer is also slow as you have a few normal use programs open (2 browsers and excel)

I needed to have an updated laptop, and reliable printer for my crafting space. This works out just fine and is there when I need it. I can watch tutorials, and print easily. Good resources and input from all associates. Thank you.

It does what you expect it to at the price point. Would have given 5 stars had I not had issues updating it out of the box.

Don't expect anything fancy here. Simple + cheap laptop that does what is supposed to do (giving its hardware configuration).

I am extremely happy with this computer. I previously had a Dell for more than 15 yrs without a single issue! So far, I feel this model will be just as reliable. Great job Dell.

Both personal and professional use, so when my old laptop deep-sixed it was a disaster. Setup and transfer was quick and easy.

I got this computer for my spouse. It works great and it was very affordable. The only thing missing is a backlit keyboard.

First impression was excellent. I purchased for my son who is an accounting major. His only complaint was that once he installed geek squad services, it slowed it down immensely. We are going to contact them for improvement.

I don't know about what others are saying it's fast but sometimes it takes a long time to start up or sometimes opening some apps. And also hard to connect to other Wi-Fi's. The housing is not that good either. I guess this is one of those products where you get what you paid for. I even did a price match 3 weeks ago but still haven't received the refund. Called 3 times already. Poor customer service.

Bought this for my wife. She had difficulty typing on a Lenovo laptop so we exchanged for this Dell. Runs everything well!

It's a bit large for taking it to meetings, but for home use it's great. Microsoft has been helpful in getting it set up.

Dell was the first computer I had years ago and am glad I have gone back to it. Still working on learning Windows 10!!
