I didn't think my wife would adapt after having a tablet for awhile but she is enjoying her laptop (particularly Facebook & buying things online) & she doesn't talk through my movies anymore. i'm glad she's using it.

I bought this for my 11 year old. It isn't super fast, but it does well enough for homework and surfing the web.

I'm not a gamer, so I can't speak to that, but this is a great laptop for everyday use. Very fast response times.

Laptop comes with DVD drive, HDMI port, Lan port. It is sturdy and heavier compared to other laptops in the market

Refurbished item - that's fine, but no battery - that is completely wrong. And item was inspected by Geek team???

The set up took a little longer than I would have liked, but so far it seems like a good computer for the price.

Poorly designed powerport and thin power cord. Unit was lightly used at best and never abused. Cheaply made.

I read other's reviews and thought that I would take advantage of the Memorial Day sales. The new one was on sale for $100.00 less than the normal price so the open box ones were marked down even more because of that. I bought an open box "Certified - Excellent" one online and was delivered in a couple days. Computer would not turn on correctly, had problems booting, then displayed an error message that the hard drive was not installed. I don't know if they accidentally sent me a dud computer, or this is their version of "Certified - Excellent", but took the computer back to a store. They were out of the new ones because of the Mermorial Day Sale, plus the sale was already over and I couldn't get it cheaper online anyways so I just took the credit back and went with a better Dell, i3, Touchscreen, with a SSD drive instead of the regular Hard Drive.

Used to love Dell computers but this one has been terrible. Bought it for my daughter to take to college. It crashes multiple times a day. Error codes are always different. Spent hours talking to Dell over the course of the semester but everything they've tried and suggested hasn't helped. Expected so much more from this laptop. EXTREMELY disappointed is an understatement.

For 300, I think this is a pretty good configuration and good deal if you are looking for laptop for daily use.

I was looking for a laptop to replace my outdated desktop. The Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop met my needs and I am very pleased with the purchase.

A basic laptop for simple office use and daily web browsing. Nothing extra but useful for what it's meant for.

We hadn't purchased a new laptop for several years but our old one was giving us problems and needed to be replaced. It took a little getting used to the new windows set up but now there's no problem using it!

Purchased as a gift for my girlfriend. Her previous laptop was so old, when you clicked on 'calculator', it showed an abacus. Her needs were just basic web and simple office use and it's delivered very nicely.
