    Very flimsy laptop, has some issues with booting up reallly sowly. The thing with this laptop is that we got the basic, cheap model. So you get what you pay for. Lesson Learned, the next time I purhase any laptop, I will pay a few hundred more to get a better laptop.

    This laptop is not much on needed memory. The low price point fooled me. At purchase I couldn't tell from box whether I could put another stick in it. The salespeople referred me to Geek Squad for answer because they couldn't be bothered. Those folks told me it would take another 6MB memory stick.

    Good computer. Got it for our technicians. Software loaded fine with no problems - takes about 3 hours. Everything seems to be working fine after 3 days.
