    The cpu is not bad but the issue I have is that it takes approximately 10-20 minutes to boot up each morning. The startup is extremely slow and transitioning from program to program is slow as well. Would not recommend.

    This laptop was purchased because I was going to be out of town for quite a few weeks. It took way too much time and an extra trip to Best Buy to try to get it set up properly and it still is not completely set up as needed.

    I paid the Geek squad to put Microsoft Office and iTunes on the laptop I purchased for my daughter. When I got the device home it would not hook up to our home wi-fi. I called the Geek Squad and they were unable to help me.
